Lakini katika Mwanzo 16:1-2, tunasoma kwamba Sarai alikuja na mpango wake mwenyewe wa kutimiza mapenzi ya Mungu. Hakuwa tayari kumngojea Mungu wakati wa ukimya. Ni mara ngapi hali zetu hutufanya tutegemee akili zetu wenyewe badala ya kumtumaini Bwana kwa mioyo yetu yote (Mithali 3:5-7) anapoonekana kuwa kimya? Ni rahisi jinsi gani kuchukua mambo mikononi mwetu badala ya kumtambua katika njia zetu zote na kumruhusu aongoze njia zetu!<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Msiba halisi haukuwa uzinzi wao tu bali pia uhuru wao, shaka, na utashi wao. Dhambi yao ilianzisha vita ndefu zaidi katika historia! Mgogoro huu kati ya Waisraeli, waliotokana na Isaka, na Waarabu, waliotokana na Ishmaeli, unaendelea hata leo. Nchi Takatifu inabaki kuwa kivutio kikubwa kwa sababu ya uamuzi huu mmoja mbaya uliofanywa na watu wawili karibu miaka 4,000 iliyopita! Dhambi yao ilisababisha uadui kati ya Sarai na Hajiri na kati ya Sarai na Ibrahimu (Mwa. 16:4\u20135). Fikiria jinsi ingekuwa bora zaidi kama wangemngojea Bwana. Ulimwengu ungekuwa na amani zaidi!<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Katika Marko 4:35\u201341, tunawaona wanafunzi wakiwa ndani ya mashua pamoja na Bwana wakati dhoruba kubwa ilipotokea. Mawimbi yaliipiga mashua, na upepo ukawapeperusha huku na huku. Sote tumepitia aina hizo za dhoruba maishani. Inaonekana hakuna tumaini, hakuna mwanga katika mawingu meusi. Lakini angalia jambo moja linalojitokeza katika hadithi hii: Bwana alikuwa ndani ya mashua pamoja nao! Wanafunzi waliogopa sana hata wakauliza, \u201cMwalimu, hujali kwamba tunaangamia?\u201d Tukiwa waaminifu, kumekuwa na nyakati ambazo tumehisi vivyo hivyo! Lakini tunahitaji kukumbuka kwamba, wakati wa dhoruba nyeusi zaidi, Yesu ndiye Bwana wa dhoruba! Chukua msimamo wako pamoja Naye, si kwa hali zako. Anaweza kutuliza dhoruba katika maisha yako wakati huu. Mwamini Yeye!<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Katika Agano la Kale, tunasoma kuhusu wakati katika maisha ya Elisha ambapo yeye na mtumishi wake kijana walikuwa wamezungukwa na majeshi ya adui (2 Wafalme 6:8\u201317). Uwezekano ulikuwa kinyume kabisa nao! Hali zao zilikuwa mbaya, bila tumaini dhahiri. Lakini Elisha alimtegemea Bwana, akimtumaini kikamilifu Yule aliyekuwa upande wake! \u201cMungu akiwa upande wetu, ni nani awezaye kuwa juu yetu?\u201d (Warumi 8:31).<\/p><p><strong>Mtangazaji wa Leo:<\/strong><br \/>Na tujifunze kumwamini na kumsubiri, hata anapoonekana
