Hapo mwanzo alikuwako kwa Mungu\u201d (Yohana 1:1\u20132). Hakuwa na mwanzo bali alikuwepo siku zote. Neno <em>ilikuwa<\/em>, iliyotumika katika mistari miwili ya kwanza, iko katika wakati usiotimilifu, ambayo ina maana kwamba inaelezea kitendo kinachoendelea. Hii ina maana kwamba Neno la Milele daima lilikuwa vile alivyokuwa siku zote\u2014Neno la Milele na Mwana wa Milele. Katika mistari ya 1 na 2, tunamwona kama Neno aliyekuwepo awali.<\/p><p>Katika mstari wa 3, tunasoma kumhusu Yeye kama Neno Muumbaji: \u201cVyote vilifanyika kwa njia yake, wala pasipo Yeye hakikufanyika chochote kilichofanyika.\u201d Ilikuwa kupitia Mwanawe kwamba kila kitu kilinenwa kikawa: \u201cMungu, ambaye alisema zamani na baba zetu kwa njia ya manabii kwa nyakati nyingi na kwa njia nyingi, katika siku hizi za mwisho amesema nasi kwa njia ya Mwanawe, ambaye amemweka kuwa mrithi wa vitu vyote, ambaye kwa yeye aliufanya ulimwengu\u201d (Ebr. 1:1\u20132). Kama Muumba, \u201cAlisema, ikawa; Aliamuru, ikasimama\u201d (Zab. 33:9). Yeye ndiye Muumba na Mtegemezaji wa vitu vyote, \u201cakivitegemeza vyote kwa neno la uweza wake\u201d (Ebr. 1:3).<\/p><p>Mistari hii, pamoja na mistari ya 4-5, pia inatufundisha kwamba Bwana Yesu ndiye Neno aliyepo Mwenyewe: \u201cNdani yake ndimo ulimokuwa uzima, nao uzima ulikuwa nuru ya watu. Na nuru yang\u2019aa gizani, wala giza halikuiweza.\u201d Hii inarejelea zaidi ya uzima wa kimwili tu; pia inazungumzia uzima wa kiroho. Kama Mwana wa Adamu, Yeye alikuwa uzima wa wanadamu; kama Mwana wa Mungu, giza halikuweza kumfahamu.<\/p><p>Huyu Aliyebarikiwa, ambaye ni Neno Aliyekuwepo Zamani, Neno Muumbaji, na Neno Aliyekuwepo Mwenyewe, akawa Neno Aliyefanyika Mwili. Huyu ambaye <em>ilikuwa<\/em>\u2014ambaye alibaki vile alivyokuwa sikuzote\u2014<em>ikawa<\/em> kile ambacho hakuwa nacho hapo awali. Hili lingewezaje kuwa hivyo? Ilikuwa ni kwa sababu \u201cMungu aliupenda ulimwengu sana, hata akamtoa Mwanawe pekee, ili kila mtu amwaminiye asipotee, bali awe na uzima wa milele\u201d (Yohana 3:16).<\/p><p>Hili liliahidiwa zamani sana, na lilitimia kupitia kazi ya Roho Mtakatifu (Isa. 7:14; Mt. 1:18\u201325; Luka 1:26\u201338). Alikuwa zawadi kubwa zaidi ya Mungu na ujumbe wake wa mwisho kwa wanadamu (Ebr. 1:1\u20134).
