Kuna mambo yatakayotokea maishani mwetu ambayo yatakuwa magumu, yenye uchungu, na magumu sana kukabiliana nayo. Haya ndiyo mambo ambayo yanaweza kushughulikiwa tu kwa maombi na kufunga. Hivi ndivyo ilivyokuwa kwa mvulana aliyepagawa ambaye Yesu alimtoa. Hapa kulikuwa na mtu, baba yake, ambaye alijua mahali pa kumpeleka mwanawe alipokuwa na hitaji hili kubwa. Na alifanya hivyo tu. Alimleta mwanawe kwa Bwana Yesu na kumwomba Bwana amponye. Bwana alisikia maombi yake, na akamponya mwanawe (Marko 9:14\u201329).
