Lakini upweke wa uwanja huu wa mafunzo ulimfundisha kufurahia uwepo wa Mungu na kuzungumza naye mara kwa mara.<\/p><p data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1607\">Haikuwa tu uwanja wa mazoezi wa upweke na wa kuchosha, bali pia uwanja usiojulikana. Hakukuwa na mwangaza wowote kwa Daudi; hakuna mtu aliyeona alichokuwa akifanya siku baada ya siku. Hili lilimfundisha uaminifu\u2014kwa Bwana na kwa kondoo waliokabidhiwa uangalizi wake.<\/p><p data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"2056\">Ilikuwa kutoka katika uwanja wa mafunzo kama huo ambapo Daudi angeweza kuandika, \u201cBwana ndiye mchungaji wangu; sitapungukiwa na kitu.\u201d Alielewa upotovu wake mwenyewe kama kondoo ambaye angeweza kutangatanga kwa urahisi kutoka kwa Mchungaji. Alijua hitaji lake la neema na mwongozo wa Mungu. Angeweza pia kuandika, \u201cHunilaza katika malisho ya kijani kibichi; Huniongoza kando ya maji ya utulivu.\u201d Akiwa kijana, maisha ya Daudi yalikuwa na utulivu, na alijua furaha ya ushirika na Bwana.<\/p><p data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2649\">Daudi hakuwa mkamilifu, lakini moyo wake ulikuwa umejikita katika utakatifu, na alitamani uonekane wazi katika maisha yake. Tunaona hili alipotangaza, \u201cHunihuisha nafsi yangu; Huniongoza katika njia za haki kwa ajili ya jina lake.\u201d Akiwa mchungaji, Daudi alikabiliwa na hatari nyingi, lakini alijifunza kuweka tumaini lake katika Bwana wakati wa miaka hiyo ya malezi.
