Ni zaburi inayotukumbusha kwamba Yeye ni Mungu ambaye &quot;huhesabu idadi ya nyota; huziita zote kwa majina. Bwana wetu ni mkuu, na ana nguvu nyingi; Akili zake hazina kikomo. <span class=\"cLIN-SC\">Bwana<\/span> Huwainua wanyenyekevu, Huwaangusha waovu chini.\u201d Na bado, Yeye pia anatujali sisi sote na \u201cHuwaponya waliovunjika moyo na kuzifunga jeraha zao\u201d (mstari 3\u20136).<\/p><p>Kwa wale wanaotumainia wema wa Mungu mkuu kama huyo, tumaini hili hubadilisha mtazamo wetu! Linatuletea moyo wa shukrani (mstari wa 7), sifa kwa nguvu zake, na uaminifu na utegemezi wa jumla kwa Neno lake (mstari wa 15\u201320).<\/p><p>Kwa kila mmoja wetu leo, tumaini hili hubadilisha jinsi tunavyoona maisha kwa ujumla, na kutupa kusudi na maana. Kutumaini ahadi za Mungu hulinganisha mawazo na mioyo yetu na akili ya Mungu wetu. Tumaini hutufanya tufuate kile kilicho cha thamani kweli na kumwamini Mungu wetu kwa manufaa ya kila siku anayotupatia.<\/p><p>Tumaini huathiri mtazamo wetu kuhusu ugumu wa maisha, hata wakati dhoruba kubwa kama kimbunga zinapotukumba maishani mwetu. Paulo na Sila walionyesha mistari hii wakati, katika giza la usiku, walipoinua sauti zao na kumsifu Bwana (Matendo 16:25\u201326). Hawakuruhusu giza la usiku wala ukuta wa gereza kuzuia tumaini lao; kwa kweli, walitumia furaha ya Bwana kubomoa kuta za gereza!
