Ni kwa sababu wanaume na wanawake wamezikataa ahadi za Mungu au wamezipoteza. Kwa wale walio na imani katika Mungu Mtakatifu, aliyemtuma Mwanawe ulimwenguni si kuwahukumu bali kuwaokoa, kuna tumaini la kweli! Imani katika Mungu huyu mwenye upendo kupitia Mwanawe ndiyo msingi hasa ambao maisha yanaweza kujengwa juu yake. Tunapomtumaini Mungu, tunaelekeza macho yetu kwenye ahadi Zake badala ya hali zetu wenyewe. Tunaweka tumaini letu juu ya Mungu wetu ni nani na kile alichoahidi, &quot;katika tumaini la uzima wa milele ambao Mungu, asiyeweza kusema uongo, aliahidi kabla ya wakati&quot; (Tito 1:2). Tunaweka tumaini letu juu ya Kitabu Chake cha ahadi, Neno la Mungu lisilobadilika! Lazima tuinue macho yetu juu ya hali zetu, na zaidi ya ulimwengu huu wa sasa, ili kuona tumaini la mbinguni, tumaini la ufufuo, tumaini la kuwa kama Kristo, si kama kile kinachoweza kutokea, bali kama dhamana kutoka kwa Mungu mwenye upendo.
