Sala yake ndiyo sala pekee iliyorekodiwa katika Mithali. Alimwomba Bwana mambo mawili maalum: uadilifu na kuridhika.<\/p><p>Aguri alitaka kuishi maisha ya uadilifu mbele za Mungu wake, na anayaelezea maisha haya kama maisha yasiyo na uwongo na uongo. Neno linalotumika kwa uwongo linamaanisha utupu au ubatili. Neno la uwongo linamaanisha uwongo au udanganyifu. Maneno haya mawili yanakamata tabia halisi ya ulimwengu huu pamoja na ahadi zake zote tupu na asili yake ya udanganyifu. Aguri haombi msaada wa kusema ukweli; anaomba aepushwe na chambo cha kila kitu ambacho ni cha uwongo, na kila kitu ambacho si cha ukweli!<\/p><p>Mara nyingi imesemwa kwamba \u201cSifa ni kile ambacho watu wanafikiri wewe ni; uadilifu ni kile ambacho sisi ni wakati hakuna mtu mwingine aliye karibu!\u201d Ulimwengu huu utajaribu kuondoa upendo wetu kutoka kwa kumfuata Bwana kwa ahadi za uongo, matumaini ya uongo, na raha za uongo. Lakini Neno la Kweli, Biblia, linatuelekeza kwa Yule aliye Kweli, Bwana Yesu Kristo. Aguri hakujiamini mwenyewe na hakuweka imani katika mwili wake!<\/p><p>Yakobo anatuonya, \u201cHamjui ya kwamba urafiki na dunia ni uadui na Mungu? Basi, kila mtu anayetaka kuwa rafiki wa dunia hujifanya adui wa Mungu\u201d (Yak. 4:4). Daudi angesema, \u201cGeuza macho yangu yasitazame mambo yasiyofaa\u201d (Zab. 119:37).\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Mtangazaji wa Leo:<br \/><\/strong>Je, tuna hekima na kujitolea kama Aguri? Na tumgeuze Yesu macho yetu, tumtazame kikamilifu katika uso wake wa ajabu, na mambo ya dunia yatafifia ajabu, katika mwanga wa utukufu na neema
