Se isso \u00e9 verdade, o que podemos dizer sobre esse homem, Jos\u00e9, e as diferentes vestes que ele usava? Ao longo de sua vida, encontramos men\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1rios tipos de roupas que foram colocadas nele ou tiradas dele. O que podemos aprender sobre Jos\u00e9 e suas vestes?<\/p><p>A t\u00fanica de muitas cores, ou seu manto, era uma vestimenta especial que lhe fora dada por seu pai. Certamente, era uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o de inten\u00e7\u00f5es e um s\u00edmbolo do favor paterno! Como seguidores de Jesus Cristo, n\u00f3s tamb\u00e9m somos favorecidos por nosso Pai por meio de Sua gra\u00e7a e devemos viver na bondade dessa gra\u00e7a a cada dia de nossas vidas. Essas vestes de favor se tornaram vestes de sofrimento, pois seus irm\u00e3os ressentiram-se do favor demonstrado a Jos\u00e9 (G\u00eanesis 37:23-24). Ao vestirmos as vestes de Sua gra\u00e7a, Pedro nos lembra: \u201cMantenham o vosso procedimento exemplar entre os gentios, para que, naquilo em que falarem mal de v\u00f3s, como de malfeitores, glorifiquem a Deus no dia da visita\u00e7\u00e3o, observando as vossas boas obras\u201d (1 Pedro 2:12).<\/p><p>Enquanto estava na casa de Potifar, Jos\u00e9 foi atacado pela esposa deste, que o agarrou pela roupa e tentou us\u00e1-la contra ele, acusando-o de t\u00ea-la atacado. Mas aquela roupa era um s\u00edmbolo de integridade para Jos\u00e9. Embora ele tenha sofrido, sua integridade permaneceu intacta. Novamente, Pedro nos lembra: \u201cPois que m\u00e9rito h\u00e1 em suportar com paci\u00eancia o castigo quando se \u00e9 castigado pelos seus erros? Mas, se voc\u00eas suportam com paci\u00eancia o sofrimento quando fazem o bem, isso \u00e9 louv\u00e1vel diante de Deus\u201d (1 Pedro 2:20).<\/p><p>Jos\u00e9 trocou suas vestes de prisioneiro, que poder\u00edamos chamar de vestes de prova\u00e7\u00e3o, por vestes de exalta\u00e7\u00e3o (G\u00eanesis 41:14, 42). Isso apenas nos lembra que, quando honramos o Senhor em nossas prova\u00e7\u00f5es e tribula\u00e7\u00f5es, colocando-O em primeiro lugar, Ele nos honrar\u00e1!<\/p><p>A \u00faltima vestimenta que Jos\u00e9 trocou foi o que chamarei de vestimenta da f\u00e9. Ele deu instru\u00e7\u00f5es para que seu corpo fosse levado de volta \u00e0 terra prometida (G\u00eanesis 50:24-26). Como crentes, \u201cSabemos que, se a nossa casa terrestre, esta tenda, for destru\u00edda, temos da parte de Deus um edif\u00edcio, uma casa n\u00e3o feita por m\u00e3os humanas, eterna nos c\u00e9us\u2026 Pois n\u00f3s, que estamos nesta tenda, gememos, sobrecarregados, n\u00e3o porque queremos ser despidos, mas sim revestidos, para que a mortalidade seja absorvida pela vida\u201d (2 Cor\u00edntios 5:1, 4).<\/p><p><strong>\u00c2ncora de hoje:<\/strong><br \/>Quaisquer que sejam as vestes que usemos ao longo da jornada da vida \u2014 sejam elas de gra\u00e7a, sofrimento, prova\u00e7\u00e3o ou exalta\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 que possamos caminhar em fidelidade ao Senhor, sabendo que um dia seremos revestidos de gl\u00f3ria em Sua presen\u00e7a!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Garments Of Joseph \u201cNow Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age.
