Fez o que era reto aos olhos do Senhor e seguiu os caminhos de seu pai Davi; n\u00e3o se desviou nem para a direita nem para a esquerda.\u201d<\/em><br \/><em><strong>2 Cr\u00f4nicas 34:1-2<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>Josias se junta ao grupo de outros dois reis dos quais se diz que \u201cfizeram o que era reto aos olhos do Senhor\u201d. Josaf\u00e1, Ezequias e Josias s\u00e3o todos considerados como tendo agido \u201creto\u201d aos olhos do Senhor.<\/p><p>A palavra \u201ccerto\u201d pode ser relacionada com a palavra \u201cbem-aventurado\u201d no Salmo 1, onde lemos: \u201cBem-aventurado o homem que n\u00e3o anda segundo o conselho dos \u00edmpios, nem se det\u00e9m no caminho dos pecadores, nem se assenta na roda dos escarnecedores; antes, o seu prazer est\u00e1 na lei do Senhor, e na sua lei medita de dia e de noite. Ele ser\u00e1 como a \u00e1rvore plantada junto a ribeiros de \u00e1guas, a qual d\u00e1 o seu fruto na esta\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria, e cujas folhas n\u00e3o caem; e tudo quanto fizer prosperar\u00e1.\u201d A palavra \u201cbem-aventurado\u201d pode ser traduzida como \u201cfeliz\u201d. O caminho para uma vida feliz \u00e9 fazer o que \u00e9 reto aos olhos do Senhor!<\/p><p>A obedi\u00eancia \u00e9 a chave para uma vida plena e satisfat\u00f3ria diante do Senhor. Qualquer coisa que n\u00e3o seja obedi\u00eancia completa deixa um vazio no cora\u00e7\u00e3o, e n\u00e3o conseguimos encontrar verdadeira satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o e contentamento pleno. Davi nos lembra: \u201cComo pode um jovem purificar o seu caminho? Vivendo segundo a tua palavra. De todo o meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o te busquei; n\u00e3o me deixes desviar dos teus mandamentos. Guardei a tua palavra no meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o, para eu n\u00e3o pecar contra ti\u201d (Salmo 119:9-11).<\/p><p>Esse tipo de f\u00e9 e obedi\u00eancia \u00e0 Palavra de Deus foi encontrado em Tim\u00f3teo, como vemos na instru\u00e7\u00e3o de Paulo a ele: \u201cNingu\u00e9m despreze a tua mocidade; pelo contr\u00e1rio, torna-te padr\u00e3o dos fi\u00e9is, na palavra, no procedimento, no amor, na f\u00e9, na pureza\u201d (1 Tim\u00f3teo 4:12). Paulo se referiu \u00e0 sua f\u00e9 como \u201cf\u00e9 genu\u00edna\u201d em 2 Tim\u00f3teo 1:5, e Tim\u00f3teo tinha um cora\u00e7\u00e3o voltado para a obedi\u00eancia \u00e0 Palavra de Deus, desde a inf\u00e2ncia (2 Tim\u00f3teo 3:15).<\/p><p>As semelhan\u00e7as entre Josias e Tim\u00f3teo s\u00e3o muitas, e em ambos os casos o Senhor os recompensou porque responderam \u00e0 Sua Palavra.<\/p><p><strong>\u00c2ncora de hoje:<\/strong><br \/>E quanto a n\u00f3s hoje? Qual \u00e9 a nossa resposta \u00e0 Palavra de Deus? \u00c9 bom lembrar: \u201cPorque os olhos do Senhor percorrem toda a terra, para fortalecer aqueles cujo cora\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 totalmente dele\u201d (2 Cr\u00f4nicas 16:9).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Right In The Sight Of The Lord \u201cJosiah was eight years old when he became king, and he reigned thirty-one years in Jerusalem.
