O autor nos encoraja a \u201cconsider\u00e1-Lo\u201d. Essa palavra, considerar, significa \u201cavaliar o valor de\u201d. Ao contemplarmos a vida do Senhor Jesus e tudo o que Ele suportou, seremos encorajados a perseverar e a n\u00e3o retroceder nem desistir da jornada da f\u00e9.<\/p><p>O caminho da f\u00e9 pode ser extremamente dif\u00edcil; \u00e0s vezes podemos nos sentir cansados e desanimados. Temos um cap\u00edtulo inteiro em Hebreus 11 que deveria encorajar nossas almas, mas ainda mais quando consideramos o que nosso Senhor e Salvador suportou, vemos que \u00e9 muito cedo para desistirmos! Nosso Salvador suportou a hostilidade dos pecadores na cruz, e isso atingiu seu \u00e1pice quando o pregaram nela e o viram dar seu \u00faltimo suspiro. As Escrituras registram o que Ele suportou, mas ainda mais do que isso, como Ele suportou. Ele orou por eles, dizendo: \u201cPai, perdoa-lhes, porque n\u00e3o sabem o que fazem\u201d (Lc 23:34)!<\/p><p>Voc\u00ea e eu nunca enfrentamos tamanha maldade, mas ao refletirmos sobre o valor do que Ele suportou, isso nos ajudar\u00e1 a nos estabilizar e fortalecer para o que possamos estar enfrentando. Ao corrermos a corrida da vida, podemos enfrentar dificuldades de tempos em tempos, mas essa \u00e9 a natureza da jornada. A palavra traduzida <em>corrida <\/em>Na verdade, significa \u201cagonizar\u201d ou \u201clutar\u201d.
