Am\u00e9m.<br \/><strong>Ef\u00e9sios 6:24<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>O ap\u00f3stolo Paulo jamais perdeu de vista a gra\u00e7a de Deus em sua pr\u00f3pria vida, nem a considerou como algo garantido. Ele inicia quase todas as suas cartas com \u201ca gra\u00e7a esteja convosco\u201d e termina todas com \u201ca gra\u00e7a seja convosco\u201d. Foi a gra\u00e7a de Deus que alcan\u00e7ou Paulo naquele caminho de Damasco, enquanto ele respirava amea\u00e7as contra os seguidores de Cristo. Paulo diria o seguinte: \u201cDou gra\u00e7as a Cristo Jesus, nosso Senhor, que me capacitou, porque me considerou fiel, designando-me para o minist\u00e9rio, embora eu fosse antes blasfemo, perseguidor e insolente; mas alcancei miseric\u00f3rdia, porque o fiz por ignor\u00e2ncia, na incredulidade. E a gra\u00e7a de nosso Senhor transbordou sobre mim, com a f\u00e9 e o amor que est\u00e3o em Cristo Jesus. Esta palavra \u00e9 fiel e digna de toda aceita\u00e7\u00e3o: que Cristo Jesus veio ao mundo para salvar os pecadores, dos quais eu sou o principal. Mas, por esta mesma raz\u00e3o, alcancei miseric\u00f3rdia, para que em mim, o principal, Jesus Cristo demonstrasse toda a sua longanimidade, como exemplo para os que h\u00e3o de crer nele para a vida eterna. Ora, ao Rei eterno, imortal, invis\u00edvel, ao \u00fanico Deus s\u00e1bio, sejam dadas honra e gl\u00f3ria para todo o sempre. Am\u00e9m\u201d (1 Tim\u00f3teo 1:12-17).<\/p><p>Paulo n\u00e3o estava simplesmente se depreciando ou se menosprezando. Ele estava t\u00e3o absorto no que Cristo estava realizando em sua vida e no que a gra\u00e7a de Deus o havia libertado e para onde o havia levado, que essa gra\u00e7a se tornou um tema recorrente em sua vida e em seus escritos. Dez vezes ele inicia suas cartas com \u201cGra\u00e7a e paz a voc\u00eas da parte de Deus nosso Pai e do Senhor Jesus Cristo\u201d, e nove vezes as encerra com \u201cA gra\u00e7a do nosso Senhor Jesus seja com voc\u00eas\u201d. Ele tamb\u00e9m costuma terminar com \u201ca gra\u00e7a seja com todos voc\u00eas\u201d e inicia muitas cartas com \u201cGra\u00e7a, miseric\u00f3rdia e paz da parte de Deus nosso Pai e de Jesus Cristo, nosso Senhor\u201d. Paulo usou essas e outras express\u00f5es semelhantes para enfatizar o papel da gra\u00e7a na vida daqueles a quem escrevia.<\/p><p>Voc\u00ea e eu jamais devemos perder de vista a gra\u00e7a de Deus ou consider\u00e1-la como algo garantido, pois, embora gratuita, n\u00e3o foi barata: \u201cPois voc\u00eas conhecem a gra\u00e7a de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo, que, sendo rico, se fez pobre por amor de voc\u00eas, para que por meio de sua pobreza voc\u00eas se tornassem ricos\u201d (2 Cor\u00edntios 8:9).<\/p><p><strong>\u00c2ncora de hoje:<br \/><\/strong><em>Cantamos a gra\u00e7a, a gra\u00e7a de Deus por meio de Jesus;<\/em><br \/><em>Gra\u00e7a, a fonte da paz para o homem;<\/em><br \/><em>Gra\u00e7a, que nos liberta de cada sofrimento;<\/em><br \/><em>Gra\u00e7a, elevada demais para ser compreendida pelo pensamento;<\/em><br \/><em>Gra\u00e7a, o tema do pr\u00f3prio amor de Deus;<\/em><br \/><em>Gra\u00e7a, o tema de todos os temas acima.<br \/>-Thomas Kelly<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Grace To You Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
