Porque aquilo que eu tanto temia me sobreveio, e o que eu receava me aconteceu.&quot;\u201d<br \/><strong>J\u00f3 3:24-25<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>Ao lermos os cap\u00edtulos iniciais do livro de J\u00f3, aprendemos que J\u00f3 era um homem \u00edntegro \u2014 um homem que reverenciava a Deus e evitava o mal. Ele era irrepreens\u00edvel e reto. Satan\u00e1s procurou desacredit\u00e1-lo diante de Deus e teve permiss\u00e3o para lhe tirar tudo o que possu\u00eda. J\u00f3 perdeu seus filhos e seu gado, e ent\u00e3o Satan\u00e1s o atacou fisicamente, embora n\u00e3o lhe tenha sido permitido tirar a vida de J\u00f3. \u201cEm tudo isso\u201d, lemos, \u201cJ\u00f3 n\u00e3o pecou nem atribuiu a Deus qualquer culpa\u201d (J\u00f3 1:22). A \u00fanica resposta de J\u00f3 foi: \u201c&#039;Aceitaremos o bem de Deus e n\u00e3o aceitaremos a adversidade?&#039; Em tudo isso, J\u00f3 n\u00e3o pecou com os seus l\u00e1bios.\u2018<\/p><p>\u00c9 interessante, no entanto, ouvir J\u00f3 dizer: \u201cPois aquilo que eu mais temia me sobreveio, e o que eu receava me aconteceu\u201d. Ele tinha um medo preconcebido de que algo assim pudesse acontecer. N\u00e3o devemos permitir que sementes de medo sejam semeadas em nossas mentes, influenciando-nos e nos enchendo de preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, ansiedade ou medo.<\/p><p>Repetidamente, lemos nas Escrituras: \u201cN\u00e3o tenham medo\u201d, \u201cN\u00e3o se assustem\u201d e \u201cN\u00e3o se preocupem\u201d. Essas exorta\u00e7\u00f5es aparecem repetidamente porque o medo foi uma das consequ\u00eancias do pecado neste mundo. Devemos lembrar que esse tipo de medo n\u00e3o vem de Deus. De fato, lemos: \u201cPortanto, visto que os filhos participam da carne e do sangue, tamb\u00e9m ele participou da mesma natureza, para que, por meio da morte, destru\u00edsse aquele que tem o poder da morte, isto \u00e9, o diabo, e libertasse todos os que, pelo medo da morte, estavam sujeitos \u00e0 escravid\u00e3o por toda a vida\u201d (Hebreus 2:14-15). O Senhor Jesus tamb\u00e9m declarou: \u201cPortanto, se o Filho os libertar, verdadeiramente voc\u00eas ser\u00e3o livres\u201d (Jo\u00e3o 8:36).<\/p><p>Tim\u00f3teo tinha tend\u00eancia a ser t\u00edmido e a deixar-se influenciar pelo medo, assim como muitos de n\u00f3s. Mas Paulo o lembrou: \u201cPois Deus n\u00e3o nos deu esp\u00edrito de covardia, mas de poder, de amor e de equil\u00edbrio\u201d (2 Tim\u00f3teo 1:7). Em Filipenses 4:6-7, Paulo nos lembra que o caminho para desfrutar dessa paz n\u00e3o \u00e9 ceder aos nossos medos, mas confiar e depender de Deus: \u201cN\u00e3o se preocupem com nada; em vez disso, orem a Deus pedindo aquilo de que precisam e agradecendo-lhe por tudo o que ele j\u00e1 fez. Ent\u00e3o voc\u00eas experimentar\u00e3o a paz de Deus, que excede todo o entendimento e que guardar\u00e1 o cora\u00e7\u00e3o e a mente de voc\u00eas em Cristo Jesus\u201d.\u201d<\/p><p><strong>\u00c2ncora de hoje:<\/strong><br \/>N\u00e3o devemos permitir que sementes de medo sejam semeadas em nossas mentes, influenciando-nos e nos enchendo de preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, ansiedade ou medo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do Not Be Afraid \u201cFor my sighing comes before I eat, and my groanings pour out like water.
