Gostaria de me concentrar na palavra \u201cpensamentos\u201d. Este \u00e9 um assunto sobre o qual a maioria de n\u00f3s n\u00e3o gosta de falar. Ali\u00e1s, geralmente tentamos esconder nossos pensamentos e fingir que eles n\u00e3o existem. Mas Davi pede ao Senhor que revele seus pensamentos \u2014 que os conhe\u00e7a.<\/p><p>A palavra ansiedades \u00e9 <em>sarappim<\/em> Em hebraico, carrega a ideia de pensamentos inquietantes, ansiosos ou conflitantes. As ansiedades crescem a partir de preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o foram entregues ao Senhor. S\u00e3o preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es que foram permitidas a crescer.<\/p><p>Segundo o dicion\u00e1rio, preocupar-se, como verbo, significa \u201cceder \u00e0 ansiedade ou inquieta\u00e7\u00e3o; permitir que a mente se concentre em dificuldades ou problemas\u201d. Como substantivo, \u00e9 \u201cum estado de ansiedade e incerteza sobre problemas reais ou potenciais\u201d. Ansiedade \u00e9 \u201cum sentimento de preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, nervosismo ou inquieta\u00e7\u00e3o, geralmente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a um evento iminente ou algo com um resultado incerto\u201d.\u201d<\/p><p>A ansiedade pode levar ao medo, que \u00e9 &quot;uma emo\u00e7\u00e3o desagrad\u00e1vel causada pela cren\u00e7a de que algu\u00e9m ou algo \u00e9 perigoso, provavelmente causar\u00e1 dor ou representa uma amea\u00e7a&quot;. O medo \u00e9 uma resposta a um perigo ou amea\u00e7a que pode ou n\u00e3o ocorrer. O medo pode at\u00e9 levar \u00e0 condi\u00e7\u00e3o mais devastadora de p\u00e2nico. O p\u00e2nico \u00e9 uma condi\u00e7\u00e3o mais profunda e grave na qual a pessoa fica totalmente dominada por sofrimento f\u00edsico e mental.<\/p><p>Davi descreve esse p\u00e2nico no Salmo 55:4-5: \u201cO meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 profundamente angustiado, e os terrores da morte ca\u00edram sobre mim. O medo e o tremor me dominaram, e o horror me envolveu.\u201d<\/p><p>Esses s\u00e3o assuntos que muitos de n\u00f3s n\u00e3o gostamos de abordar. Podem at\u00e9 ser dif\u00edceis de entender. Mas a Palavra de Deus fala sobre essas quest\u00f5es e nos ajuda a super\u00e1-las. Pode haver casos em que algu\u00e9m precise buscar ajuda profissional de um conselheiro crist\u00e3o qualificado ou de outro profissional de confian\u00e7a. Mas tamb\u00e9m precisamos lembrar que o Senhor Jesus Cristo declarou: \u201cDeixo-vos a paz, a minha paz vos dou; n\u00e3o vo-la dou como o mundo a d\u00e1. N\u00e3o se turbe o vosso cora\u00e7\u00e3o, nem se atemorize\u201d (Jo\u00e3o 14:27).<\/p><p><strong>\u00c2ncora de hoje:<\/strong><br \/><em>Toda a sua ansiedade, toda a sua preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, leve-a ao trono da miseric\u00f3rdia, deixe-a l\u00e1.,<\/em><br \/><em>Nunca houve um fardo que Ele n\u00e3o pudesse carregar, nunca houve um amigo como Jesus!<\/em><br \/><em>\u2013 Edward
