Ele estava no princ\u00edpio com Deus\u201d (Jo\u00e3o 1:1-2). Ele n\u00e3o teve um princ\u00edpio, mas sempre existiu. O Verbo <em>era<\/em>, O termo usado nos dois primeiros vers\u00edculos est\u00e1 no pret\u00e9rito imperfeito, o que significa que descreve uma a\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua. Isso significa que o Verbo Eterno era continuamente o que sempre fora \u2014 o Verbo Eterno e o Filho Eterno. Nos vers\u00edculos 1 e 2, vemos a Ele como o Verbo preexistente.<\/p><p>No vers\u00edculo 3, lemos sobre Ele como o Verbo Criador: \u201cTodas as coisas foram feitas por interm\u00e9dio dele, e sem ele nada do que foi feito se fez\u201d. Foi por meio de Seu Filho que tudo veio \u00e0 exist\u00eancia pela palavra: \u201cHavendo Deus, outrora, falado muitas vezes e de muitas maneiras aos pais pelos profetas, nestes \u00faltimos dias nos falou pelo Filho, a quem constituiu herdeiro de todas as coisas e por meio de quem fez o universo\u201d (Hebreus 1:1-2). Como Criador, \u201cEle falou, e tudo se fez; ordenou, e tudo se firmou\u201d (Salmo 33:9). Ele \u00e9 o Criador e Sustentador de todas as coisas, \u201csustentando todas as coisas pela palavra do seu poder\u201d (Hebreus 1:3).<\/p><p>Esses vers\u00edculos, juntamente com os vers\u00edculos 4 e 5, tamb\u00e9m nos ensinam que o Senhor Jesus \u00e9 o Verbo autoexistente: \u201cNele estava a vida, e a vida era a luz dos homens. A luz resplandece nas trevas, e as trevas n\u00e3o a compreenderam\u201d. Isso se refere a mais do que simplesmente \u00e0 vida f\u00edsica; tamb\u00e9m fala da vida espiritual. Como Filho do Homem, Ele era a vida dos homens; como Filho de Deus, as trevas n\u00e3o podiam compreend\u00ea-Lo.<\/p><p>Este Bem-aventurado, que \u00e9 o Verbo Preexistente, o Verbo Criador e o Verbo Autoexistente, tornou-se o Verbo Encarnado. Este que <em>era<\/em>\u2014que permaneceu continuamente o que sempre fora\u2014<em>tornou-se<\/em> o que Ele n\u00e3o tinha sido antes. Como isso era poss\u00edvel? Foi porque \u201cDeus amou o mundo de tal maneira que deu o seu Filho unig\u00eanito, para que todo aquele que nele cr\u00ea n\u00e3o pere\u00e7a, mas tenha a vida eterna\u201d (Jo\u00e3o 3:16).<\/p><p>Isso foi prometido h\u00e1 muito tempo e se cumpriu por meio da obra do Esp\u00edrito Santo (Isa\u00edas 7:14; Mateus 1:18-25; Lucas 1:26-38). Ele foi o maior dom de Deus e Sua mensagem final para a humanidade (Hebreus 1:1-4). Essa verdade \u00e9 digna de nossa mais profunda reflex\u00e3o e proclama\u00e7\u00e3o ousada, levando-nos a dizer: \u201cGra\u00e7as a Deus por Seu dom indescrit\u00edvel!\u201d (2 Cor\u00edntios 9:15).<\/p><p><strong>\u00c2ncora de hoje:<\/strong><br \/><em>O Filho em quem habita a plenitude, por meio de quem fluem todas as gl\u00f3rias, <\/em><br \/><em>Tu assumiste a forma de um servo para que Deus pudesse conhecer as criaturas; <\/em><br \/><em>Nossa fonte, nossa Cabe\u00e7a, n\u00f3s Te adoramos; Digno \u00e9s Tu para sempre.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Word
