Esse car\u00e1ter \u00e9 perfeitamente expresso na vida do Senhor Jesus Cristo.<\/p><p>Paulo usa a express\u00e3o: \u201cGrande \u00e9 o mist\u00e9rio da piedade\u201d. A palavra <em>\u00f3timo<\/em> \u00e9 a origem do nosso prefixo ingl\u00eas <em>mega<\/em>, carregando a ideia de algo grande ou grandioso no sentido mais amplo. Isso enfatiza a import\u00e2ncia dessa verdade \u2014 uma verdade que antes estava oculta, mas que agora foi revelada na pessoa do Senhor Jesus Cristo. \u00c9 essencial para compreender uma vida de verdadeira piedade.<\/p><p>Essa express\u00e3o, \u201cGrande\u201d, contrasta fortemente com o que Tim\u00f3teo teria ouvido em \u00c9feso: \u201cGrande \u00e9 Diana dos ef\u00e9sios!\u201d (Atos 19:28, 34, 35). A adora\u00e7\u00e3o a Diana era caracterizada por idolatria e imoralidade. Que contraste temos diante de n\u00f3s em nosso vers\u00edculo! O verdadeiro car\u00e1ter da piedade \u00e9 visto no bendito Senhor Jesus Cristo.<\/p><p>Este mist\u00e9rio da piedade deve ser guardado por aqueles que \u201cguardam o mist\u00e9rio da f\u00e9 com uma consci\u00eancia pura\u201d (1 Tim\u00f3teo 3:9). Refere-se \u00e0 grande verdade da salva\u00e7\u00e3o e da justi\u00e7a encontradas por meio de Cristo, que produz piedade naqueles que creem.<\/p><p>Paulo prossegue, lembrando-nos que essa piedade foi perfeitamente demonstrada na encarna\u00e7\u00e3o de Cristo, em seu nascimento e na vida perfeita que Ele viveu para a gl\u00f3ria de Deus. Ele era a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da perfeita semelhan\u00e7a com Deus.<\/p><p>Ele foi \u201cjustificado no Esp\u00edrito\u201d, o que significa que, ao longo de seu minist\u00e9rio p\u00fablico, o Esp\u00edrito de Deus continuamente o vindicou. Ele foi \u201cvisto por anjos\u201d \u2014 antes e no seu nascimento, depois da sua tenta\u00e7\u00e3o no deserto, na sua ressurrei\u00e7\u00e3o e at\u00e9 mesmo agora, enquanto os anjos permanecem sujeitos a Ele.<\/p><p>Ele \u00e9 \u201cpregado entre os gentios\u201d em todo o mundo, onde multid\u00f5es o conhecem como Senhor e Salvador. Finalmente, lemos que Ele foi \u201crecebido em gl\u00f3ria\u201d, referindo-se \u00e0 Sua ascens\u00e3o ao c\u00e9u. Ele atravessou os c\u00e9us (Hebreus 4:14-16) e est\u00e1 assentado \u00e0 direita de Deus at\u00e9 que os Seus inimigos sejam feitos estrado dos Seus p\u00e9s.<\/p><p>A verdadeira piedade n\u00e3o se manifesta apenas neste Homem aben\u00e7oado enquanto Ele esteve aqui na Terra; Ele \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m a fonte da piedade que se manifesta em sua vida e na minha.<\/p><p><strong>\u00c2ncora de hoje:<\/strong><br \/>Somente quando estamos ocupados com Ele \u00e9 que o Esp\u00edrito de Deus produzir\u00e1 essa piedade em n\u00f3s. \u00c9 verdadeiramente a semelhan\u00e7a com Cristo, \u00e0 medida que somos conformados e transformados \u00e0 Sua imagem bendita.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Mystery of
