Aqui aprendemos que ele estava cuidando das ovelhas de seu pai nos campos. Pense por um momento em como isso poderia ter sido \u2014 provavelmente n\u00e3o \u00e9 o que considerar\u00edamos um campo de treinamento natural para um futuro rei. Mas era exatamente isso. Davi passava muitas horas nos campos cuidando das ovelhas. Esse tempo foi bem empregado, pois foi durante esse per\u00edodo que Davi aprendeu a apreciar a realidade da presen\u00e7a de Deus.<\/p><p data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"988\">Imagine Davi numa noite calma e escura, olhando para um c\u00e9u repleto de estrelas. Enquanto contemplava as in\u00fameras luzes, ele declarou mais tarde: \u201cQuando contemplo os teus c\u00e9us, obra dos teus dedos, a lua e as estrelas que ali firmaste, que \u00e9 o homem, para que te lembres dele? E o filho do homem, para que o visites?\u201d (Salmo 8:3-4).<\/p><p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1366\">Este foi o campo de treinamento de Davi, que o preparou para pastorear o povo de Deus. Provavelmente era mon\u00f3tono, onde ele frequentemente fazia as mesmas coisas repetidamente. Afinal, o que pode haver de emocionante em cuidar de ovelhas? Imagine a solid\u00e3o daquelas noites. Contudo, a solid\u00e3o desse campo de treinamento o ensinou a desfrutar da presen\u00e7a de Deus e a falar com Ele frequentemente.<\/p><p data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1607\">N\u00e3o era apenas um campo de treinamento solit\u00e1rio e mon\u00f3tono, mas tamb\u00e9m obscuro. N\u00e3o havia holofotes sobre Davi; ningu\u00e9m via o que ele fazia dia ap\u00f3s dia. Isso lhe ensinou fidelidade \u2014 ao Senhor e \u00e0s ovelhas confiadas aos seus cuidados.<\/p><p data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"2056\">Foi nesse ambiente de aprendizado que Davi p\u00f4de escrever: \u201cO Senhor \u00e9 o meu pastor; nada me faltar\u00e1\u201d. Ele compreendia sua pr\u00f3pria rebeldia como a de uma ovelha que facilmente se desviava do Pastor. Ele reconhecia sua necessidade da gra\u00e7a e da orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de Deus. Ele tamb\u00e9m p\u00f4de escrever: \u201cEle me faz repousar em pastos verdejantes; leva-me para junto das \u00e1guas tranquilas\u201d. Quando jovem, a vida de Davi foi marcada pela tranquilidade, e ele conheceu a alegria da comunh\u00e3o com o Senhor.<\/p><p data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2649\">Davi n\u00e3o era perfeito, mas seu cora\u00e7\u00e3o ansiava pela santidade e ele desejava que isso transparecesse em sua vida. Vemos isso quando ele declarou: \u201cEle restaura a minha alma; guia-me pelas veredas da justi\u00e7a por amor do seu nome\u201d. Como pastor, Davi enfrentou muitos perigos, mas aprendeu a depositar sua confian\u00e7a no Senhor durante aqueles anos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o. Ele tamb\u00e9m aprendeu a valorizar a m\u00e3o protetora e corretora de Deus, como vemos em suas palavras: \u201cAinda que eu ande pelo vale da sombra da morte, n\u00e3o temerei mal algum, porque tu est\u00e1s comigo; a tua vara e o teu cajado me consolam\u201d.\u201d<\/p><p data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2997\">Davi expressou gratid\u00e3o pela provis\u00e3o de Deus quando escreveu: \u201cPreparas uma mesa perante mim na presen\u00e7a dos meus inimigos; unges a minha cabe\u00e7a com \u00f3leo; o meu c\u00e1lice transborda\u201d. Ele tamb\u00e9m revelou um cora\u00e7\u00e3o firme em Deus quando declarou: \u201cCertamente que a bondade e a miseric\u00f3rdia me seguir\u00e3o todos os dias da minha vida; e habitarei na casa do Senhor para sempre\u201d.\u201d<\/p><p data-start=\"2999\" data-end=\"3283\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong>\u00c2ncora de hoje:<\/strong><br \/>Onde quer que voc\u00ea esteja hoje, esse \u00e9 o campo de treinamento de Deus para voc\u00ea. O Senhor est\u00e1 moldando e preparando voc\u00ea para algo que Ele j\u00e1 tem em mente. Pode n\u00e3o ser para ser rei, mas Ele deseja us\u00e1-lo assim como usou Davi.
