Exaltado, pois, \u00e0 destra de Deus\u2026 Portanto, que toda a casa de Israel saiba com certeza que Deus fez Senhor e Cristo a este Jesus, a quem voc\u00eas crucificaram. <br \/><strong>Atos 2:32-33, 36<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"97\" data-end=\"681\">Os quatro Evangelhos registram o momento em que Pedro se acovardou diante de uma jovem serva que o questionou sobre ser um seguidor de Cristo. Pedro negou a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o e, com isso, negou o Senhor Jesus. Isso aconteceu pouco tempo antes de Pedro se levantar no dia de Pentecostes e pregar Cristo com ousadia! Pedro pregou o que poder\u00edamos chamar de uma mensagem centrada em Cristo e repleta de Cristo. Ele apresentou a encarna\u00e7\u00e3o de Cristo (v. 22), a humilha\u00e7\u00e3o de Cristo (v. 22), a crucifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Cristo (v. 23), a ressurrei\u00e7\u00e3o de Cristo (vv. 23-32), a exalta\u00e7\u00e3o de Cristo (v. 33) e a glorifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Cristo (vv. 33-36).<\/p><p data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"996\">Como Pedro passou de um covarde, incapaz at\u00e9 mesmo de ficar de p\u00e9 diante de uma jovem serva, a algu\u00e9m capaz de se apresentar diante de um conselho de religiosos e fazer as declara\u00e7\u00f5es ousadas encontradas em nossos vers\u00edculos e pregar o evangelho de Cristo como fez? Eu diria que a resposta est\u00e1 na pr\u00f3pria mensagem do evangelho de Pedro.<\/p><p data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1294\">A maior parte da proclama\u00e7\u00e3o de Pedro sobre Cristo se concentra na ressurrei\u00e7\u00e3o (vv. 23-32). Pedro usa as Escrituras para mostrar que a ressurrei\u00e7\u00e3o de Cristo n\u00e3o era uma ideia nova, mas sim algo que havia sido profetizado no Salmo 16 por Davi. Portanto, a mensagem de Pedro era um serm\u00e3o cristoc\u00eantrico e fundamentado nas Escrituras!<\/p><p data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1955\">Esses dois elementos deram a Pedro a coragem de se levantar e proclamar o que ele sabia ser verdade. No in\u00edcio do cap\u00edtulo um, lemos sobre o Senhor Jesus apresentando-se \u201cvivo depois do seu sofrimento, com muitas provas incontest\u00e1veis, aparecendo a eles durante quarenta dias e falando das coisas concernentes ao reino de Deus\u201d (Atos 1:3). Ele os instruiu a subir a Jerusal\u00e9m e esperar pela promessa do Pai \u2014 a vinda do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que viria sobre eles e os capacitaria a serem testemunhas, primeiro em Jerusal\u00e9m, depois em toda a Judeia e Samaria, e at\u00e9 os confins da terra (Atos 1:4-8). Foi exatamente isso que aconteceu enquanto eles oravam (1:14; 2:1-4).<\/p><p data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"2180\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong>\u00c2ncora de hoje:<\/strong><br \/>Foi ver o Cristo ressuscitado, ser fortalecido pelo Esp\u00edrito Santo e usar a Palavra de Deus que transformou Pedro \u2014 e \u00e9 isso mesmo que pode nos dar a coragem de viver para Cristo em um mundo que o rejeitou!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From Cowardice to Courage: The Power of the Risen Christ This Jesus God has raised up,\u00a0of which we are all witnesses.
