Sejam bondosos e compassivos uns para com os outros, perdoando-se mutuamente, assim como Deus os perdoou em Cristo.\u201d<\/em> \u00c0s vezes, nossa amargura \u00e9 resultado de nossa pr\u00f3pria desobedi\u00eancia, como em Rute 1:20. Ali vemos que Noemi se tornou amarga por causa do que passou quando ela e seu marido n\u00e3o confiaram em Deus para prover o sustento deles. Noemi ficou dominada pela amargura e at\u00e9 quis mudar seu nome para... <em data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"619\">Mara<\/em>, o que significa <em data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"645\">amargura<\/em>.<\/p><p data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"1111\">Mas, muitas vezes, a amargura surge porque n\u00e3o nos perdoamos uns aos outros. Somos instru\u00eddos repetidamente a perdoar, mas a amargura brota quando escolho n\u00e3o perdoar. A amargura insiste, <em data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"886\">\u201cTenho o direito de estar amargurado.\u201d<\/em> mas isso nega a verdade de que <em data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"1008\">\u201cFui crucificado com Cristo. Ela causa a perda da satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o em nossas vidas. A amargura \u00e9 uma ferramenta de Satan\u00e1s que tamb\u00e9m pode destru\u00ed-lo fisicamente. Ela rouba sua paz de esp\u00edrito e pode levar \u00e0 depress\u00e3o, bem como ao estresse, press\u00e3o alta, \u00falceras, ins\u00f4nia e uma l\u00edngua afiada, sarc\u00e1stica e cruel. A amargura pode nos tornar cr\u00edticos e negativos. J\u00e1 foi dito, <em data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1657\">\u201cNem todo doente \u00e9 amargo, mas todo amargo est\u00e1 doente.\u201d<\/em> Isso tamb\u00e9m desanima voc\u00ea emocionalmente, levando-o a uma montanha-russa de emo\u00e7\u00f5es. Divide amigos e afeta a comunh\u00e3o dentro da igreja local.
