G\u00eanesis 22:13<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Em G\u00eanesis 22, lemos o relato conhecido de Abra\u00e3o levando seu amado filho Isaque ao monte para ador\u00e1-Lo. Abra\u00e3o carregava o fogo e Isaque carregava a lenha \u2014 mas eles n\u00e3o tinham um cordeiro. Deus havia instru\u00eddo Abra\u00e3o a oferecer seu filho, um teste de sua f\u00e9, obedi\u00eancia e amor por Deus.<\/p>

No vers\u00edculo 7, Isaque pergunta:, \u201cOnde est\u00e1 o cordeiro para o holocausto?\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Esta \u00e9 a primeira vez na B\u00edblia que a palavra \u201ccordeiro\u201d aparece! S\u00f3 podemos imaginar o qu\u00e3o profundamente essa pergunta tocou o cora\u00e7\u00e3o de Abra\u00e3o ao responder:, \u201cMeu filho, Deus prover\u00e1 para Si o cordeiro para o holocausto.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Isaac fez a pergunta \u2014 e Jo\u00e3o Batista respondeu anos depois, declarando:<\/p>

\u201cEis o Cordeiro de Deus, que tira o pecado do mundo!\u201d<\/em> Jo\u00e3o 1:29<\/p><\/blockquote>

Enquanto Abra\u00e3o deitava Isaque sobre o altar e erguia a faca, prestes a cravar-la no filho de seu amor, o Anjo do Senhor o chamou do c\u00e9u, dizendo:, \u201cAbra\u00e3o, Abra\u00e3o!\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Ele respondeu:, \u201c"Aqui estou."\u201d<\/em><\/p>

E o anjo disse:<\/p>

\u201cN\u00e3o estenda a m\u00e3o contra o rapaz, nem lhe fa\u00e7a mal algum; pois agora sei que voc\u00ea teme a Deus, visto que n\u00e3o me negou seu filho, seu \u00fanico filho.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>

Abra\u00e3o ergueu os olhos e viu um carneiro preso pelos chifres num arbusto. Ent\u00e3o Abra\u00e3o pegou o carneiro e o ofereceu em holocausto em lugar de seu filho.<\/p>

Abra\u00e3o ent\u00e3o chamou aquele lugar de "O Senhor Prover\u00e1", como se diz at\u00e9 hoje: \u201cNo monte do Senhor se prover\u00e1.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Para Isaque, houve um substituto \u2014 preso pela sua for\u00e7a entre os espinhos. Isso nos lembra que, na for\u00e7a do Seu amor e obedi\u00eancia perfeitos, o Senhor Jesus venceu o pecado, a morte e a sepultura. Ele foi o nosso substituto.<\/p>

O holocausto fala da gl\u00f3ria do Pai, e o carneiro substitutivo aponta para a nossa reden\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>

\u201c\u2026sabendo que voc\u00eas n\u00e3o foram redimidos com coisas corrupt\u00edveis, como prata ou ouro\u2026 mas com o precioso sangue de Cristo, como de um cordeiro sem defeito e sem m\u00e1cula.\u201d <\/em>1 Pedro 1:18-19<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>
