Miseric\u00f3rdia em Exibi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u201cPortanto, sejam misericordiosos, assim como o Pai de voc\u00eas \u00e9 misericordioso.\u201d
Lucas 6:36<\/strong><\/p>

A miseric\u00f3rdia deve ser evidente na vida de todo crente! Um grande exemplo dessa miseric\u00f3rdia pode ser encontrado em Lucas 10<\/em>, Na par\u00e1bola do Bom Samaritano, quando o samaritano tratou dos ferimentos do homem que havia sido espancado e roubado, ele demonstrou miseric\u00f3rdia. Quando o levou para a hospedaria mais pr\u00f3xima e pagou por sua estadia at\u00e9 que ele se recuperasse, ele demonstrou gra\u00e7a. Sua miseric\u00f3rdia aliviou a dor e sua gra\u00e7a providenciou a cura!<\/p>

Uma das maneiras mais \u00f3bvias de demonstrarmos miseric\u00f3rdia \u00e9 por meio de atos f\u00edsicos, assim como o Bom Samaritano. Conforme o Senhor Jesus ordenou especificamente, devemos alimentar os famintos, vestir os nus, visitar os doentes e os presos e prestar aux\u00edlio pr\u00e1tico sempre que poss\u00edvel. Mateus 5:7<\/em>, diz o Senhor, \u201cBem-aventurados os misericordiosos, porque alcan\u00e7ar\u00e3o miseric\u00f3rdia.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Essa ideia de demonstrar miseric\u00f3rdia n\u00e3o \u00e9 nova no Novo Testamento. Considere Deuteron\u00f4mio 15:7-8<\/em>, que diz:<\/p>

\u201cSe houver entre voc\u00eas algum pobre, dentre seus irm\u00e3os, em alguma das cidades da terra que o Senhor, o seu Deus, lhes d\u00e1, n\u00e3o endure\u00e7am o cora\u00e7\u00e3o nem fechem a m\u00e3o para o seu irm\u00e3o pobre; pelo contr\u00e1rio, abram-lhe a m\u00e3o generosamente e emprestem-lhe de bom grado o suficiente para suprir a sua necessidade.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>

Tamb\u00e9m somos chamados a mostrar miseric\u00f3rdia aos nossos inimigos, de acordo com Lucas 6:27-36<\/em>. Paulo nos lembra:<\/p>

\u201cPortanto, como eleitos de Deus, santos e amados, revistam-se de profunda compaix\u00e3o, bondade, humildade, mansid\u00e3o e longanimidade. Suportem-se uns aos outros e perdoem-se mutuamente, caso algu\u00e9m tenha queixa contra o outro. Assim como o Senhor os perdoou, perdoem tamb\u00e9m voc\u00eas.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>

A partir desses vers\u00edculos, aprendemos que a miseric\u00f3rdia deve ser expressa n\u00e3o apenas em nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es, mas tamb\u00e9m em nossa atitude. A miseric\u00f3rdia n\u00e3o guarda rancor, n\u00e3o nutre ressentimento, n\u00e3o se aproveita das falhas ou fraquezas alheias, nem divulga o pecado de outra pessoa.<\/p>

A miseric\u00f3rdia demonstra compaix\u00e3o, assim como o Senhor Jesus demonstrou na cruz quando disse:, \u201cPai, perdoa-lhes, porque n\u00e3o sabem o que fazem\u201d<\/em> (Lucas 23:34). Ao ladr\u00e3o arrependido na cruz, a miseric\u00f3rdia disse:, \u201c"Em verdade vos digo que hoje estareis comigo no Para\u00edso."\u201d<\/em> (v. 43).<\/p>

A miseric\u00f3rdia tamb\u00e9m deve ser evidente na forma como nos corrigimos uns aos outros. 2 Tim\u00f3teo 2:25<\/em> diz:<\/p>

\u201c\u2026corrigindo com humildade os que se op\u00f5em, na esperan\u00e7a de que Deus lhes conceda o arrependimento para que conhe\u00e7am a verdade\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>

Jude concorda com essa ideia:<\/p>

\u201cMantenham-se no amor de Deus, aguardando a miseric\u00f3rdia de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo para a vida eterna. Tenham compaix\u00e3o de alguns, fazendo distin\u00e7\u00e3o; mas salvem outros com temor, arrebatando-os do fogo, odiando at\u00e9 a roupa contaminada pela carne.\u201d<\/em> (Judas 21\u201323).<\/p><\/blockquote>

Tamb\u00e9m poder\u00edamos dizer que demonstramos miseric\u00f3rdia orando uns pelos outros e estendendo a m\u00e3o aos perdidos. De todas as formas \u2014 por meio de nossa compaix\u00e3o, corre\u00e7\u00e3o e intercess\u00e3o \u2014 a miseric\u00f3rdia deve ser uma marca definidora daqueles que seguem a Cristo.<\/p>
