Paz<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

E, subitamente, juntou-se ao anjo uma multid\u00e3o da mil\u00edcia celestial, louvando a Deus e dizendo: \u201cGl\u00f3ria a Deus nas alturas, e paz na terra entre os homens de boa vontade!\u201d

<\/em><\/p>

Nesta \u00e9poca do ano, ouvimos muito falar sobre "paz na Terra". Ouvimos em can\u00e7\u00f5es e vemos em cart\u00f5es comemorativos, mas, na realidade, n\u00e3o a vemos em muitos rostos. A paz \u00e9 algo que todos desejam, mas que poucos parecem encontrar. A paz tem sido descrita como "tranquilidade, harmonia ou seguran\u00e7a", mas sabemos que a paz \u00e9 muito mais do que uma simples defini\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>

A paz s\u00f3 pode entrar no cora\u00e7\u00e3o quando estamos em paz com Deus. O Senhor Jesus foi para a cruz e tomou sobre si o castigo da nossa paz (Isa\u00edas 53:5), tornando poss\u00edvel termos paz com Deus. Paulo nos lembra:, \u201cPortanto, justificados pela f\u00e9, temos paz com Deus por meio de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo.\u201d<\/em> (Romanos 5:1).<\/p>

Ter paz com Deus \u00e9 o primeiro passo para desfrutar da paz de Deus em nossos cora\u00e7\u00f5es, e Deus deseja que essa paz preencha nossas vidas. Para muitos, esse \u00e9 um conceito estranho, mas em Filipenses 4:6-7 lemos: \u201cN\u00e3o se preocupem com nada; em vez disso, orem a Deus pedindo aquilo de que precisam e agradecendo-lhe por tudo o que ele j\u00e1 fez. Ent\u00e3o voc\u00eas experimentar\u00e3o a paz de Deus, que excede todo o entendimento e que guardar\u00e1 o cora\u00e7\u00e3o e a mente de voc\u00eas em Cristo Jesus.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

As preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es da vida, o estresse das circunst\u00e2ncias e o medo do desconhecido roubam de muitos crentes a paz de Deus \u2014 a pr\u00f3pria paz que \u00e9 capaz de guardar (ou proteger) nossos cora\u00e7\u00f5es e mentes. No mundo em que vivemos, como isso \u00e9 poss\u00edvel? Uma maneira \u00e9 estarmos atentos ao que ocupa nossos pensamentos. \u00c9 por isso que Paulo continua dizendo: \u201cFinalmente, irm\u00e3os, tudo o que for verdadeiro, tudo o que for nobre, tudo o que for justo, tudo o que for puro, tudo o que for am\u00e1vel, tudo o que for de boa fama, se houver algo de excelente ou digno de louvor, pensem nessas coisas. O que voc\u00eas aprenderam, receberam, ouviram e viram em mim, isso pratiquem; e o Deus da paz estar\u00e1 com voc\u00eas.\u201d <\/em><\/p>

Podemos desfrutar da presen\u00e7a do Deus da paz ao preenchermos nossas mentes e cora\u00e7\u00f5es com Ele!
