Mas Deus escolheu as coisas loucas do mundo para envergonhar os s\u00e1bios; e Deus escolheu as coisas fracas do mundo para envergonhar as fortes. Ele escolheu as coisas vis do mundo, as desprezadas e as que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o, para reduzir a nada as que s\u00e3o, para que ningu\u00e9m se glorie diante dele.&quot;\u201d<br \/><\/em><strong>1 Cor\u00edntios 1:26-28<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"1181\">Esta \u00e9 aproximadamente a s\u00e9tima vez que Paulo menciona a palavra. <em data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"758\">\u201c&quot;chamar&quot;\u201d<\/em> ou <em data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"774\">\u201cligando.\u201d<\/em> O cap\u00edtulo come\u00e7a com Paulo descrevendo a si mesmo como <em data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"853\">\u201cchamado para ser ap\u00f3stolo\u201d<\/em> (1:1). Ele escreve aos crentes em Corinto que s\u00e3o <em data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"921\">\u201cdenunciado\u201d<\/em> uns (1:2). A palavra <em data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"951\">igreja<\/em>\u2014<em data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"962\">ekklesia<\/em>-significa <em data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"994\">\u201cDenunciado.\u201d<\/em> Eles eram aqueles que eram <em data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1038\">\u201cchamados santos\u201d,\u201d<\/em> significado <em data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1058\">separado <\/em>(1:2). Eles tamb\u00e9m estavam ligados e interdependentes com todos os que, em todo lugar, invocam o nome de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo.<\/p><p data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1523\">A voca\u00e7\u00e3o do crente \u00e9 extremamente importante, embora muitas vezes percamos de vista seu significado. Neste primeiro cap\u00edtulo, Paulo nos lembra que todo crist\u00e3o \u00e9 chamado \u00e0 santidade (vv. 1-9). Temos sido <em data-start=\"1388\" data-end=\"1452\">\u201cchamados \u00e0 comunh\u00e3o de Seu Filho, Jesus Cristo, nosso Senhor\u201d<\/em> (vv. 9\u201325). E somos chamados a glorificar a Deus e a Cristo (vv. 26\u201331).<\/p><p data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1957\">Na passagem de hoje, Paulo nos exorta a considerarmos cuidadosamente o nosso chamado. Devemos reconhecer que Deus n\u00e3o nos chamou por causa do que \u00e9ramos, mas apesar do que \u00e9ramos! Se Deus nos tivesse chamado com base em quem somos ou no que poder\u00edamos oferecer a Ele, o orgulho e a arrog\u00e2ncia teriam rapidamente tomado conta. Mas Deus fez algo diferente \u2014 algo que s\u00f3 Ele poderia fazer \u2014 para que somente Ele receba a gl\u00f3ria por um plano de salva\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e3o gracioso e amoroso.<\/p><p data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"2203\">Ele escolheu as coisas insensatas deste mundo para envergonhar os s\u00e1bios.<br data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2027\" \/>Ele escolheu as coisas fracas para envergonhar as poderosas.<br data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2080\" \/>Ele escolheu as coisas vis e desprez\u00edveis \u2014 sim, at\u00e9 mesmo as coisas que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o nada \u2014 para reduzir a nada as coisas que s\u00e3o.<\/p><p data-start=\"2205\" data-end=\"2262\">Por qu\u00ea? Para que <em data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2260\">\u201cNenhuma carne deve se gloriar em Sua presen\u00e7a.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2493\">Paulo conclui: <em data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2473\">\u201cMas v\u00f3s sois dele, em Cristo Jesus, o qual se tornou para n\u00f3s sabedoria da parte de Deus, justi\u00e7a, santifica\u00e7\u00e3o e reden\u00e7\u00e3o, para que, como est\u00e1 escrito: \u2018Quem se gloria, glorie-se no Senhor\u2019\u201d.\u201d<\/em> (1 Cor\u00edntios 1:30-31).<\/p><p data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2664\"><strong>\u00c2ncora de hoje:<\/strong><br \/>Na presen\u00e7a de Deus, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 lugar para a gl\u00f3ria do homem. N\u00e3o se trata de voc\u00ea ou de mim, mas sim de dar toda a gl\u00f3ria e louvor \u00c0quele que nos chamou das trevas para a Sua maravilhosa luz.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who Gets The Glory? \u201cFor you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called.
