Em vez disso, ou\u00e7a a Palavra infal\u00edvel de Deus: <em data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"770\">\u201c&quot;Em verdade, em verdade vos digo: quem cr\u00ea em mim tem a vida eterna.&quot;\u201d<\/em> (Jo\u00e3o 6:47).<\/p><p data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"960\">Muitas pessoas s\u00e3o perturbadas pelas opini\u00f5es alheias ou pelos sentimentos de seus pr\u00f3prios cora\u00e7\u00f5es. Somente quando recebem a seguran\u00e7a da Palavra de Deus \u00e9 que a certeza substitui a d\u00favida.<\/p><p data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"1292\">Quando Deus fala, deve haver certeza \u2014 seja ao anunciar a condena\u00e7\u00e3o do incr\u00e9dulo ou a salva\u00e7\u00e3o do crente. <em data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1143\">\u201cPara sempre, \u00f3 Senhor, a tua palavra est\u00e1 firmada nos c\u00e9us\u201d<\/em> (Salmo 119:89). Sua Palavra resolve tudo. <em data-start=\"1189\" data-end=\"1273\">\u201c&quot;Porventura, disse Ele e n\u00e3o o far\u00e1? Ou falou e n\u00e3o o cumprir\u00e1?&quot;\u201d<\/em> (N\u00fameros 23:19).<\/p><p data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1568\">Mas voc\u00ea pode perguntar, <em data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1379\">\u201cComo posso ter certeza de que tenho f\u00e9 suficiente e do tipo certo?\u201d<\/em> N\u00e3o se trata do tipo ou da intensidade da sua f\u00e9, mas da fidelidade da Pessoa em quem voc\u00ea deposita sua f\u00e9. Voc\u00ea confia na Pessoa certa \u2014 o Filho de Deus?<\/p><p data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1842\">Certifique-se de que sua confian\u00e7a n\u00e3o se baseie em boas obras, atividades religiosas, sentimentos ou educa\u00e7\u00e3o moral. Voc\u00ea pode ter a f\u00e9 mais forte nessas coisas e ainda assim perecer eternamente. Mas a f\u00e9 mais fraca em Cristo salva para sempre; a f\u00e9 mais forte em si mesmo n\u00e3o tem valor algum.<\/p><p data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"2167\">O olhar para o exterior traz paz interior. Quando um homem volta o rosto para o sol, sua sombra fica para tr\u00e1s. Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o pode olhar para si mesmo e para Cristo glorificado no c\u00e9u ao mesmo tempo. O Filho de Deus conquista sua confian\u00e7a, Sua obra consumada lhe d\u00e1 seguran\u00e7a eterna e a Palavra de Deus lhe d\u00e1 a certeza da
