\u201c"Pois nem mesmo o Filho do Homem veio para ser servido, mas para servir e dar a sua vida em resgate por muitos."\u201d<\/em>
Marcos 10:45<\/strong><\/p>

O Evangelho de Marcos apresenta o Senhor Jesus como o Servo perfeito. Ele n\u00e3o veio para ser servido, mas para servir, e o Seu servi\u00e7o o levaria at\u00e9 a cruz. Isso n\u00e3o foi por acaso. Era da vontade de Deus que Ele desse a Sua vida como resgate por muitos. Satan\u00e1s teria desejado que Ele tomasse um atalho para a gl\u00f3ria, mas o caminho estava tra\u00e7ado \u2014 ele deveria passar pelo sofrimento, pela rejei\u00e7\u00e3o e pela morte.<\/p>

Pense no que isso significava. O Senhor da Gl\u00f3ria humilhou-se e assumiu a forma de um servo. Ele suportou incompreens\u00e3o, rid\u00edculo, zombaria e vergonha. Por fim, entrou na escurid\u00e3o da cruz, onde clamou: \u201cMeu Deus, meu Deus, por que me abandonaste?\u201d. Mesmo ali, permaneceu o Servo obediente, cumprindo a vontade do Pai.<\/p>

O Evangelho de Marcos nos mostra que o pre\u00e7o do verdadeiro servi\u00e7o \u00e9 o sacrif\u00edcio. Servir \u00e9 deixar o ego de lado, perseverar no caminho oculto, continuar mesmo sem reconhecimento. O Servo de Jeov\u00e1 n\u00e3o buscou seu pr\u00f3prio conforto nem seu pr\u00f3prio caminho. Ele deu tudo \u2014 at\u00e9 mesmo a pr\u00f3pria vida \u2014 por n\u00f3s. N\u00e3o havia atalho para a gl\u00f3ria que Ele agora desfruta.<\/p>

Isso nos traz uma mensagem hoje. Se o Filho de Deus se humilhou para servir, como podemos recusar o caminho humilde? Se Ele suportou o sofrimento pela justi\u00e7a, como podemos nos esquivar das prova\u00e7\u00f5es? Se Ele recusou atalhos, como podemos esperar um caminho mais f\u00e1cil? Segui-Lo significa aprender que o caminho para a gl\u00f3ria passa pelo servi\u00e7o, pelo sacrif\u00edcio e pela obedi\u00eancia a Deus.<\/p>
