Daarom maakte hij voor hem een veelkleurig gewaad. Maar toen zijn broers zagen dat hun vader hem meer liefhad dan al zijn broers, haatten ze hem en konden ze niet meer vriendelijk met hem spreken.\u201d<br \/>Genesis 37:3-4<\/em><\/p><p>Er wordt vaak gezegd dat we, als we de Bijbel lezen, leren dat &quot;Henoch de wandel van het geloof laat zien, Noach de volharding van het geloof, Abraham de gehoorzaamheid van het geloof, Isaak de kracht van het geloof, Jakob de discipline van het geloof en Jozef de triomf van het geloof.&quot;\u201c<\/p><p>Jozef is een van de mooiste beelden van de Heer Jezus in de hele Schrift. Beiden werden geliefd door hun vaders en gehaat door hun broers. God de Vader verheugde zich in de Zoon v\u00f3\u00f3r Zijn menswording. In Spreuken 8:30 lezen we, profetisch sprekend over de Heer Jezus: &quot;Ik was naast Hem als een meestervakman, en ik was dagelijks Zijn vreugde.&quot;\u201c<\/p><p>Net zoals Jozef het voorwerp was van de genegenheid van zijn vader, zo maakte de Vader, toen de Heer Jezus mens werd en onder ons woonde, Zijn vreugde over Zijn Zoon bekend door de hemel te openen en te verklaren: &quot;Dit is Mijn geliefde Zoon, in wie Ik Mijn welbehagen heb&quot; (Matte\u00fcs 3:17). Op de Berg der Verheerlijking zou Hij opnieuw de hemel openen en verkondigen: &quot;Dit is Mijn geliefde Zoon, in wie Ik Mijn welbehagen heb. Luister naar Hem!&quot;\u201c<\/p><p>De Heer Jezus was altijd in de schoot van de Vader (Johannes 1:18). Er is nooit een tijd geweest dat Hij niet de vreugde van de Vader was. De Vader had de Zoon lief v\u00f3\u00f3r de grondlegging van de wereld (Johannes 17:24). De Vader had de Zoon lief tijdens Zijn leven hier op aarde (Johannes 5:20). De Vader had de Zoon innig lief vanwege de morele volmaaktheid die Hij zag in Hem die Zijn leven zou geven (Johannes 10:17). De Vader heeft de Zoon lief en heeft alle dingen in Zijn handen gelegd (Johannes 3:35).<\/p><p>Het leven van Jozef getuigt ongetwijfeld van een triomf van geloof en de liefde die zijn vader voor hem had, maar niets kan tippen aan de liefdesrelatie tussen de Vader en de Zoon.<\/p><p><strong>Ankerpunt voor vandaag:<\/strong><br \/><em>Vader, hoe kostbaar is Uw geliefde Zoon voor U,<\/em><br \/><em>In Hem ziet U volmaaktheid, Uw heilige, gezegende.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Hij, die voor U kostbaar is, is ook voor ons kostbaar;<\/em><br \/><em>Wij zien al Zijn schoonheid en aanschouwen Uw heerlijkheid.<br \/>-Anoniem<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Loved By His Father \u201cNow Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age.
