Het is een psalm die ons eraan herinnert dat Hij een God is die &quot;de sterren telt; Hij noemt ze alle bij naam. Groot is onze Heer, en machtig in kracht; Zijn inzicht is oneindig.&quot; <span class=\"cLIN-SC\">Heer<\/span> Hij verheft de nederigen; Hij werpt de goddelozen ter aarde.\u201d En toch zorgt Hij ook voor ieder van ons en \u201cHij geneest de gebroken harten en verbindt hun wonden\u201d (vv. 3-6).<\/p><p>Voor hen die hopen op de liefdevolle goedheid van zo&#039;n grote God, verandert deze hoop ons perspectief! Het wekt in ons een hart vol dankbaarheid (vers 7), lofprijzing voor Zijn kracht en een algeheel vertrouwen in en afhankelijkheid van Zijn Woord (verzen 15-20).<\/p><p>Voor ieder van ons verandert deze hoop vandaag de dag de manier waarop we het leven in het algemeen bekijken, en geeft het ons doel en betekenis. Hopen op de beloften van God brengt onze gedachten en ons hart in overeenstemming met de wil van onze God. Hoop zet ons ertoe aan om na te streven wat werkelijk waardevol is en om op onze God te vertrouwen voor de dagelijkse zegeningen die Hij ons schenkt.<\/p><p>Hoop be\u00efnvloedt ons perspectief op de moeilijkheden van het leven, zelfs wanneer we worden getroffen door stormen van orkaankracht. Paulus en Silas illustreerden deze verzen toen ze in de duisternis van de nacht hun stem verhieven en de Heer prezen (Handelingen 16:25-26). Ze lieten zich niet door de duisternis van de nacht of de gevangenismuren hun hoop ontnemen; integendeel, ze gebruikten de vreugde van de Heer om de gevangenismuren neer te halen! Hoop op de liefdevolle goedheid van onze God en ervaar Zijn welbehagen!<\/p><\/div><div class=\"LIN-ExtraText\"><p><strong>Ankerpunt voor vandaag:<\/strong><br \/><em>De macht van de Schepper geeft eer aan Uw naam;<\/em><br \/><em>De liefde voor de Verlosser vergroot al Uw roem:<\/em><br \/><em>Schepper en Verlosser, Almachtige Redder Heer,<\/em><br \/><em>De kracht en liefde die ons gered hebben, zullen voor altijd gekoesterd worden.<\/em><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hope That Shifts Perspective He does not delight in the strength of the horse; He takes no pleasure in the legs of a man.
