Zijn woorden brengen ons vrede in een chaotische en verwarde wereld. Hij is de bron van vrede.<em data-start=\"403\" data-end=\"413\">\u201cin Mij.\u201d<\/em> Hij heeft dit eerder onderwezen in Johannes 14:27.<\/p><p data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"777\">Wat een overweldigende belofte! Zijn vrede is een geschenk. De wereld biedt een valse vrede, maar Zijn vrede is een kalmerende vrede. Hij zou kunnen zeggen:, <em data-start=\"581\" data-end=\"641\">\u201cLaat je hart niet verontrust worden en wees niet bang.\u201d<\/em> (Johannes 14:1, 27). Vrede is de innerlijke kalmte van de geest te midden van toenemende moeilijkheden. Het is een innerlijke sereniteit van hart en ziel.<\/p><p data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"1088\">Deze vrede wordt voortgebracht door Zijn leer en teweeggebracht door het werk van de Heilige Geest. Hij geeft ons vrede, zelfs te midden van de stormen van het leven. Hij geeft <strong data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"953\">volkomen vrede<\/strong>. Dit was de eerste boodschap van de opstanding in Johannes 20:19, en deze vrede blijft de onze zolang we leven in overeenstemming met Zijn Woord.<\/p><p data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1115\">Nu kunnen jij en ik genieten van:<\/p><p data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1150\"><strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1136\">Vrede met God<\/strong> (Romeinen 5:1),<br \/><strong data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1173\">De vrede van God<\/strong> in ons dagelijks leven (Filippenzen 4:6-7), en<br \/><strong data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1256\">De aanwezigheid van de God van de vrede<\/strong> (Filippenzen 4:9).<\/p><p data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1370\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong>Anker voor vandaag<\/strong><br \/>Laat Zijn vrede vandaag in je hart regeren, gegrondvest op Zijn beloften en gesteund door Zijn
