Niemand komt tot de Vader dan door Mij.\u201d<\/em><br data-start=\"294\" data-end=\"297\" \/><strong><em data-start=\"297\" data-end=\"309\">Johannes 14:6<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"201\" data-end=\"428\">Ook hier gebruikte de Heer Jezus het bepaald lidwoord om te benadrukken dat Hijzelf &quot;de enige waarheid&quot; is.\u201c<br data-start=\"298\" data-end=\"301\" \/>Pilatus vroeg Jezus eens:, <em data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"344\">\u201cWat is waarheid?\u201d<\/em> (<em data-start=\"346\" data-end=\"358\">Johannes 18:38<\/em>), maar hij was niet bereid zich over te geven aan Degene die de Waarheid is.<\/p><p data-start=\"430\" data-end=\"851\">Psalm 119:142 zegt:, <em data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"476\">\u201cUw wet is de waarheid.\u201d<\/em> In de Bergrede verklaarde de Heer herhaaldelijk:, <em data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"593\">\u201cJullie hebben gehoord dat er gezegd is\u2026 maar Ik zeg jullie\u2026\u201d<\/em> (<em data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"629\">Matthe\u00fcs 5:22, 28, 32, 34, 39, 44<\/em>Daarmee stelde Hij Zichzelf gelijk aan de Wet van God als de gezaghebbende maatstaf van rechtvaardigheid. Hij maakte duidelijk dat Hij niet gekomen was om de Wet of de Profeten af te schaffen, maar om ze te vervullen.<em data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"849\">Matte\u00fcs 5:17<\/em>).<\/p><p data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"943\">De Heer Jezus, als het vleesgeworden Woord van God (<em data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"913\">Johannes 1:1<\/em>), is de bron van alle waarheid.<\/p><p data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"962\">Psalm 1:1-2 zegt:<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"964\" data-end=\"1208\"><p data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1208\"><em data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1208\">\u201cGelukkig is de man die niet wandelt in de raad van de goddelozen.\u201d, <br \/>Hij staat ook niet in de weg van zondaars.,<br data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1073\" \/>En hij neemt ook geen plaats in op de zetel van de verachtelijken;<br data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1115\" \/>Maar zijn vreugde is in de wet van de Heer.,<br data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1162\" \/>En Hij overdenkt Zijn wet dag en nacht.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><p data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1362\">Als we de zegen van deze verzen ten volle willen ervaren, mogen we de weg niet scheiden van de waarheid. Ze zijn onlosmakelijk met elkaar verbonden in Christus.<\/p><p data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1400\">De Heer Jezus bad tot de Vader:<\/p><blockquote data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1475\"><p data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1475\"><em data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1456\">\u201cHeilig hen door Uw waarheid; Uw woord is waarheid.\u201d <\/em>(<em data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1474\">Johannes 17:17<\/em>)<\/p><\/blockquote><p data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1528\">Hij is de Waarheid, en Zijn Woord is de waarheid.<\/p><p data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1719\">Het is ook nuttig om op te merken dat onze Heer de discipelen beloofde dat Hij de Geest van de waarheid zou zenden, die in hen zou wonen \u2013 en die nu in ons woont.<\/p><p data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1805\"><em data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1735\">Johannes 14:17<\/em> \u2013 De Geest van de waarheid zou bij hen verblijven en in hen zijn.<br \/><em data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1820\">Johannes 15:26<\/em> \u2013 De Geest zou getuigen van Christus, die de Waarheid is.<br \/><em data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"1900\">Johannes 16:13-15<\/em> \u2013 De Geest zou hen leiden in alle waarheid en Christus verheerlijken.<\/p><p data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2121\"><strong>Ankerpunt voor vandaag:<\/strong><br \/>De Geest van de waarheid leidt gelovigen ook vandaag de dag nog naar de waarheid die te vinden is in Christus \u2013 de Ene die is <em data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2121\">\u201cDe Weg, de Waarheid en het Leven.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I Am The Truth \u201cI am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
