Je bekroont het jaar met je goedheid.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u201cU bekroont het jaar met Uw goedheid, en Uw paden druipen van overvloed.\u201d<\/em>
Psalmen 65:11<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Wat is dat mooi. Dit idee van het jaar bekronen<\/em>\u2014dat het hele jaar omringd wordt door Gods goedheid\u2014en dat Zijn pad overvloedig is, is zo krachtig.<\/p>

Een vriend van mij schreef ooit een kalender met overdenkingen en gaf die de titel "Wagon Tracks", gebaseerd op dit vers. Hij reflecteerde op de volgende zin: \u201cJouw paden stralen overvloed uit.\u201d<\/em> Hij stelde zich de sporen voor van een wagen vol fruit \u2013 overvloedig fruit dat eruit stroomt, sap dat langs de wielen naar beneden loopt \u2013 en terwijl de wagen vooruit rijdt, laat hij sporen van overvloed achter. Dat is het concept hier.<\/p>

En als we terugkijken op 2025, moeten we inderdaad zeggen:, \u201cVoorwaar, goedheid en barmhartigheid hebben mij mijn hele leven lang gevolgd.\u201d <\/em>Achteraf kunnen we zeggen:, \u201cTot nu toe heeft de Heer ons geholpen.\u201d <\/em>Als ik erover nadenk, moet ik zeggen:, \u201cDe Heer is ons bij elke stap bijgestaan.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Dat is wat de psalmist hier zegt: \u201cHeer, U hebt ons omringd. U hebt ons gekroond.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

En alsof dat nog niet genoeg is, wordt deze passage vervolgd met een prachtige afbeelding:<\/p>

\u201cZe laten zich vallen op de weiden van de wildernis,
En de heuveltjes aan alle kanten juichen.
De weiden zijn bedekt met kuddes;
De valleien zijn ook bedekt met graan;
Ze juichen van vreugde en ze zingen ook.\u201d<\/em><\/blockquote>

Hij kleedt de heuvels, Hij bedekt de weiden, Hij vult de valleien. Hoe prachtig is het om de overvloed van Gods zegen te aanschouwen!<\/p>

Ja, nu we het einde van het jaar naderen, is er misschien verlies geweest. Misschien is er een tragedie geweest. Misschien heb je onderweg moeilijkheden ondervonden. Maar zelfs te midden van dat alles kun je terugkijken en zeggen: \u201cDe Heer is met ons geweest.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Zoals de hymneschrijver ooit zei:<\/p>

\u201cIk heb veel tranen en verdriet gekend,
Ik heb vragen voor morgen.,
Maar ondanks alles\u2026 ondanks alles\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/blockquote>

En dat is de waarheid: we kunnen de toekomst tegemoet zien, omdat deze God met ons is.<\/p>

Ja, Hij bekroont het jaar met Zijn goedheid. <\/em>Hij is een goede God. Hij is een liefdevolle Vader.<\/p>

Dus, terwijl je nadenkt over de zegeningen van de Heer en je voorbereidt op 2026, wil ik je aanmoedigen om een paar dingen te doen: Kijk terug op het afgelopen jaar. Neem de tijd om terug te blikken. Denk aan Gods trouw en de manieren waarop Hij voor je heeft gezorgd en je heeft geleid. Reflecteer. over Zijn goedheid <\/span>Laat dankbaarheid in je hart opwellen terwijl je nadenkt over alles wat Hij heeft gedaan, zelfs in moeilijke tijden. <\/span>Herfocussen voor wat er komen gaat <\/span>Richt je hart er weer op om de Heer, je God, lief te hebben. <\/span>heel je hart<\/span>, <\/span>heel je ziel<\/span>, En <\/span>al je kracht<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>
