Heden is u namelijk in de stad van David een Verlosser geboren, die Christus de Heer is.\u2019<br \/><\/em><strong>Lucas 2:10-11<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"701\">Het goede nieuws dat de engel aan de herders bracht, was bedoeld om grote vreugde te brengen aan alle mensen. Het brengt grote vreugde omdat het de aankondiging is dat God de Verlosser gezonden heeft om zondaren te verlossen. Dit wonderbaarlijke nieuws brengt een vreugde voort die &quot;onuitsprekelijk en vol heerlijkheid&quot; is (1 Petrus 1:8).<\/p><p data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"1101\">Het is interessant om op te merken dat vreugde niet alleen bij Jezus&#039; geboorte werd aangekondigd, maar Zijn geboorte omringde. V\u00f3\u00f3r Zijn geboorte bezocht Maria Elizabeth, die zwanger was van Johannes de Doper. Toen Maria de kamer binnenkwam, sprong de baby in Elizabeths buik op van vreugde (Lucas 1:44). Maria zelf zong een vreugdelied en zei:, <em data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1085\">\u201cMijn ziel prijst de Heer, en mijn geest jubelt in God, mijn Redder.\u201d<\/em> (Lucas 1:46-47).<\/p><p data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1380\">Enige tijd later volgden de wijzen uit het Oosten de ster naar de plek waar het jonge Kind zich bevond. <em data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1262\">\u201cToen ze de ster zagen, verheugden ze zich met een buitengewoon grote vreugde.\u201d<\/em> (Matte\u00fcs 2:10). De geboorte van de Heer Jezus bracht vreugde aan allen die Hem verwelkomden en Zijn aanwezigheid in hun leven zochten.<\/p><p data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1778\">Deze wereld mist ware vreugde omdat zij de Heer Jezus Christus als Verlosser heeft verworpen. Mensen proberen ware vreugde te vervangen door kunstmatig en tijdelijk geluk. Maar aan allen die Hem aannemen als de Verlosser van de wereld \u2013 ja, als hun persoonlijke Heer en Verlosser \u2013 schenkt Hij ware vreugde. Jezus zei:, <em data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1764\">\u201cIk heb u dit gezegd, opdat mijn vreugde in u moge blijven en uw vreugde volkomen moge zijn.\u201d<\/em> (Johannes 15:11).<\/p><p data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"2191\">De woorden <em data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"1795\">vreugde<\/em> En <em data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"1809\">blij zijn<\/em> Het woord &#039;vreugde&#039; komt meer dan 130 keer voor in het Nieuwe Testament en herinnert ons eraan dat het evangelie een vreugdevolle boodschap is en dat het christelijke leven een vreugdevolle ervaring zou moeten zijn. Vreugde komt voort uit het kennen van de Heer Jezus als je Verlosser. De Heilige Geest brengt deze vreugde voort in de gelovige (Gal. 5:22). Hoewel beproevingen van buitenaf kunnen komen, kan er nog steeds een overvloed aan vreugde van binnenuit stromen (1 Thess. 1:6).<\/p><p data-start=\"2193\" data-end=\"2447\">Jezus bad, <em data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2260\">\u201copdat zij Mijn vreugde in zichzelf vervuld mogen zien\u201d<\/em> (Johannes 17:13). Deze vreugde is de vrucht van Christus&#039; leven in u., <em data-start=\"2326\" data-end=\"2433\">\u201cWant het koninkrijk van God bestaat niet uit eten en drinken, maar uit gerechtigheid, vrede en vreugde in de Heilige Geest.\u201d<\/em> (Romeinen 14:17).<\/p><p data-start=\"2449\" data-end=\"2607\"><strong>Ankerpunt voor vandaag:<\/strong><br \/>De vreugde van de Heer moet ons leven doordringen, ons vreugdevol geloof en hoop geven, zelfs te midden van beproevingen (Rom. 5:1-5), en ons in staat stellen om <em data-start=\"2564\" data-end=\"2594\">\u201cVerheug je altijd in de Heer\u201d<\/em> (Fil. 4:4).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joy To The World \u201cThen the angel said to them, \u2018Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.
