Jezus zei tegen hen: &#039;Maak hem los en laat hem gaan.&#039;&quot;\u201c<\/em><br \/><strong>Johannes 11:44<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"963\">Aan het einde van Johannes 11 is Lazarus een prachtig voorbeeld van iemand die uit de dood is opgewekt en bevrijd is van zijn grafkleding. Hij geniet ten volle van de opstandingskracht van Christus \u2013 dezelfde kracht waar Paulus naar verlangde in Filippenzen 3:10, en dezelfde kracht waarvan hij bad dat de gelovigen in Efeze die in hun leven zouden ervaren (Efezi\u00ebrs 1:18-19). Lazarus illustreert de opstandingskracht die werkzaam is in een verloren zondaar die tot Christus komt.<\/p><p data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"963\">Let op deze zeven stappen in de voortgang:<\/p><ul data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1427\"><li data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1022\"><p data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"1022\">We waren dood in onze overtredingen en zonden (Efezi\u00ebrs 2:1-3).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1085\"><p data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1085\">Wij zijn opgewekt uit die dood (Johannes 5:24; Efezi\u00ebrs 2:5).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1176\"><p data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1176\">We zijn bevrijd van de grafkleding (Kolossenzen 3:1) en hebben vrijheid ontvangen (Johannes 8:36).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1235\"><p data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1235\">Wij hebben een plaats gekregen naast Christus (Johannes 12:2; Efezi\u00ebrs 2:6).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1288\"><p data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1288\">Wij genieten nu van gemeenschap met Hem (1 Johannes 1:1-3).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1359\"><p data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1359\">Wij moeten een getuigenis zijn voor anderen, zoals Lazarus dat was (Johannes 12:9-11).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1427\"><p data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1427\">We zullen tegenstand ondervinden, net zoals ze tegen Lazarus tegenstand boden (Johannes 12:10).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1898\">Lazarus genoot van wat Christus voor hem had volbracht \u2013 hij leefde ten goede. Lazarus kon zijn nieuwe leven nooit ten volle waarderen zolang hij nog in die grafkleding gehuld was. Jezus wist dit en gebood hem daarom van deze beperkingen te worden bevrijd. De vraag voor ons is: leven wij ten goede van de opstandingskracht van Christus? Leven we alsof we nog dood zijn, of zoals Lazarus gedurende dat korte moment \u2013 opgewekt, maar nog steeds gehuld in grafkleding die ons leven, werk en aanbidding beperkt? Of hebben we stappen ondernomen om de grafkleding af te leggen en te genieten van het leven en de vrijheid die Christus ons heeft gebracht?<\/p><p data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1898\"><strong>Ankerpunt voor vandaag:<\/strong><br \/>Als je met Christus bent opgestaan, geniet je dan van het nieuwe leven dat je in Christus hebt, met je blik gericht op de hemelse dingen? Heb je de kleren van het graf afgelegd en Christus aangetrokken?<\/p><p data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1898\">\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Let Him Go! \u201cAnd he who had died came out bound hand and foot with graveclothes, and his face was wrapped with a cloth.
