Nous avons vu qu&#039;elle est li\u00e9e \u00e0 une vie v\u00e9cue pour le Christ et pour les autres. Elle se trouve et s&#039;\u00e9panouit lorsque je suis pleinement engag\u00e9 envers le Christ.<\/p><p>Dans le verset d&#039;aujourd&#039;hui, Jacques parle de la \u201c loi de la libert\u00e9 \u201d. Le mot \u201c loi \u201d d\u00e9signe ici la force qui r\u00e9git ou le principe en action. Jacques affirme donc : \u201c En tant que chr\u00e9tien, vous n&#039;\u00eates pas soumis \u00e0 la loi de l&#039;esclavage, mais \u00e0 la puissance de la libert\u00e9. \u201d La loi de Mo\u00efse exigeait du Juif qu&#039;il aime son prochain, mais ne lui en donnait pas le pouvoir et le condamnait s&#039;il y manquait. Par la gr\u00e2ce, en revanche, nous recevons le pouvoir d&#039;aimer notre prochain.<\/p><p>L\u2019expression \u201c\u00a0faire ce que l\u2019on dit, faire ce que l\u2019on fait\u00a0\u201d fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 nos paroles et \u00e0 nos actes, \u00e0 nos paroles et \u00e0 nos actions. Les deux doivent \u00eatre coh\u00e9rents\u00a0! Dans le cas contraire, nous transgressons la loi de la libert\u00e9 et devrons rendre compte de cette faute devant le tribunal du Christ (1 Corinthiens 3.14-15\u00a0; 2 Corinthiens 5.9-10). Dans Romains 14.10-13, Paul \u00e9tablit un lien entre le tribunal du Christ et la loi de la libert\u00e9, l\u2019utilisant \u00e0 la fois comme une motivation et un rappel de laisser cette loi agir dans nos vies.<\/p><p>Mais qu\u2019est-ce qui emp\u00eache cette libert\u00e9 de se manifester dans nos vies personnelles et dans nos assembl\u00e9es locales\u00a0? Jacques associe la loi de la libert\u00e9 \u00e0 la Parole de Dieu (Jacques 1.21-27). Mettre en pratique la Parole, c\u2019est la garder dans nos c\u0153urs et la laisser guider tous les aspects de notre vie. La Parole de Dieu doit \u00eatre notre r\u00e9f\u00e9rence\u00a0; c\u2019est un outil efficace pour nous pr\u00e9server de l\u2019influence du monde qui nous entoure. N\u00e9gliger la Parole de Dieu, c\u2019est laisser le monde dicter nos pens\u00e9es et nos actions. Mais lorsque nous nous penchons sur la loi parfaite de la libert\u00e9, que nous pers\u00e9v\u00e9rons dans sa mise en \u0153uvre et que nous ne sommes pas de simples auditeurs oublieux, mais des acteurs de la Parole, nous go\u00fbterons \u00e0 la v\u00e9ritable libert\u00e9\u00a0!<\/p><p><strong>Ancre du jour :<\/strong><br \/>Lorsque le Saint-Esprit applique les principes de la Parole de Dieu au c\u0153ur des croyants, ceux-ci sont lib\u00e9r\u00e9s de l&#039;esclavage du p\u00e9ch\u00e9 et rendus capables d&#039;ob\u00e9ir \u00e0 Dieu.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Law of Liberty \u201cSo speak and so do as those who will be judged by the law of liberty.\u201dJames 2:12 True Christian liberty is not a license to do what I want to do!
