Il emmena ensuite Pierre, Jacques et Jean sur une haute montagne, o\u00f9 il fut transfigur\u00e9 devant eux. C\u2019est du mot \u00ab\u00a0transfigur\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb que nous tirons notre mot <em>m\u00e9tamorphose<\/em>, ce qui signifie changer vers l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur \u00e0 partir de l&#039;int\u00e9rieur. Autrement dit, ce qui est \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur devient \u00e9vident \u00e0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p><p>C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce qui s\u2019est produit concernant la gloire du Seigneur J\u00e9sus. Ces trois hommes ont eu un aper\u00e7u de sa gloire. L\u2019Esprit de Dieu attire notre attention sur quatre aspects de la gloire du Seigneur dans ce passage.<\/p><p>Tout d&#039;abord, nous contemplons la gloire de sa Personne. Dans Luc 9, 28-29, nous lisons que, tandis qu&#039;il priait, \u201c l&#039;aspect de son visage changea, et son v\u00eatement devint blanc et resplendissant \u201d. Dans l&#039;\u00c9vangile de Luc, il est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme l&#039;Homme d\u00e9pendant, l&#039;Homme priant et l&#039;Homme ob\u00e9issant. Les souffrances de la terre trouvent leur origine dans la d\u00e9sob\u00e9issance et l&#039;ind\u00e9pendance de l&#039;homme vis-\u00e0-vis de Dieu, mais la gloire \u00e0 venir repose sur cet Homme d\u00e9pendant. Nous le voyons ici comme l&#039;Homme glorifi\u00e9.<\/p><p>Au verset 3, nous lisons que Mo\u00efse et \u00c9lie apparurent et s&#039;entretinrent avec le Seigneur. Mo\u00efse nous rappelle la Loi, et \u00c9lie repr\u00e9sente les Proph\u00e8tes. Ensemble, ils incarnent l&#039;Ancien Testament. Avec les disciples, ils nous rappellent que l&#039;Ancien et le Nouveau Testament sont tous deux centr\u00e9s sur le Seigneur J\u00e9sus. Tout trouve son accomplissement en lui. Luc 9.30 nous r\u00e9v\u00e8le le sujet de leur discussion\u00a0: ils \u201c\u00a0parlaient de sa mort, qui allait survenir \u00e0 J\u00e9rusalem\u00a0\u201d. Nous y voyons la gloire de la Croix, \u201c\u00a0les souffrances du Christ et la gloire qui devait suivre\u00a0\u201d (1 Pierre 1.11). Nous y voyons aussi la gloire de son abandon, qui se manifesterait pleinement au jardin de Geths\u00e9mani.<\/p><p><strong>Ancre du jour :<\/strong><br \/>La gloire de Sa Personne, la gloire de Son Royaume, la gloire de Ses souffrances et la gloire de Sa soumission \u2013 quel spectacle magnifique pour nous, et quel message pr\u00e9cieux \u00e0 garder dans nos \u00e2mes !<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Glory On The Mount \u201cWhile he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, \u2018This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
