Ce caract\u00e8re est parfaitement exprim\u00e9 dans la vie du Seigneur J\u00e9sus-Christ.<\/p><p>Paul utilise l&#039;expression : \u201c Grand est le myst\u00e8re de la pi\u00e9t\u00e9. \u201d <em>super<\/em> est la source de notre pr\u00e9fixe anglais <em>m\u00e9ga<\/em>, v\u00e9hiculant l&#039;id\u00e9e de quelque chose de grand et d&#039;immense au sens le plus large, cela souligne l&#039;importance capitale de cette v\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u2013 une v\u00e9rit\u00e9 autrefois cach\u00e9e, mais d\u00e9sormais r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e en la personne du Seigneur J\u00e9sus-Christ. Elle est essentielle \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension d&#039;une vie de v\u00e9ritable pi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p><p>Cette expression, \u201c Grande \u201d, contraste fortement avec ce que Timoth\u00e9e a pu entendre \u00e0 \u00c9ph\u00e8se : \u201c Grande est Diane des \u00c9ph\u00e9siens ! \u201d (Actes 19:28, 34, 35). Le culte de Diane \u00e9tait caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par l&#039;idol\u00e2trie et l&#039;immoralit\u00e9. Quel contraste saisissant dans notre verset ! La v\u00e9ritable pi\u00e9t\u00e9 se r\u00e9v\u00e8le dans le Seigneur J\u00e9sus-Christ.<\/p><p>Ce myst\u00e8re de la pi\u00e9t\u00e9 est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 ceux qui \u201c gardent le myst\u00e8re de la foi avec une conscience pure \u201d (1 Timoth\u00e9e 3.9). Il d\u00e9signe la grande v\u00e9rit\u00e9 du salut et de la justice trouv\u00e9s en Christ, qui engendrent la pi\u00e9t\u00e9 chez ceux qui croient.<\/p><p>Paul nous rappelle ensuite que cette pi\u00e9t\u00e9 s&#039;est parfaitement manifest\u00e9e dans l&#039;incarnation du Christ, dans sa naissance et dans la vie parfaite qu&#039;il a men\u00e9e pour la gloire de Dieu. Il \u00e9tait la manifestation de la parfaite ressemblance \u00e0 Dieu.<\/p><p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u201c justifi\u00e9 par l\u2019Esprit \u201d, ce qui signifie que, tout au long de son minist\u00e8re public, l\u2019Esprit de Dieu a constamment confirm\u00e9 son identit\u00e9. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u201c vu par les anges \u201d \u2014 avant et \u00e0 sa naissance, apr\u00e8s sa tentation dans le d\u00e9sert, lors de sa r\u00e9surrection, et m\u00eame maintenant, car les anges lui sont toujours soumis.<\/p><p>Il est \u201c pr\u00each\u00e9 parmi les pa\u00efens \u201d \u00e0 travers le monde, o\u00f9 des multitudes l&#039;ont reconnu comme Seigneur et Sauveur. Enfin, il est dit qu&#039;il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u201c \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans la gloire \u201d, en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 son ascension au ciel. Il a travers\u00e9 les cieux (H\u00e9breux 4:14-16) et si\u00e8ge \u00e0 la droite de Dieu jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que ses ennemis soient mis sous ses pieds.<\/p><p>La v\u00e9ritable pi\u00e9t\u00e9 ne se manifeste pas seulement chez cet Homme b\u00e9ni lorsqu&#039;il \u00e9tait sur terre ; il est aussi la source de la pi\u00e9t\u00e9 qui se manifeste dans votre vie et dans la mienne.<\/p><p><strong>Ancre du jour :<\/strong><br \/>C\u2019est seulement en nous consacrant \u00e0 Lui que l\u2019Esprit de Dieu produira en nous cette pi\u00e9t\u00e9. C\u2019est v\u00e9ritablement la ressemblance \u00e0 Christ que nous sommes conform\u00e9s et transform\u00e9s \u00e0 Son image
