Jamais auparavant je n&#039;avais \u00e9t\u00e9 triste en sa pr\u00e9sence.<br \/><strong>N\u00e9h\u00e9mie 2:1<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/div><div class=\"LIN-Text\"><p>N\u00e9h\u00e9mie n&#039;agit pas pr\u00e9cipitamment, mais s&#039;en remet au Seigneur. Cela fait maintenant quatre mois qu&#039;il attend. L&#039;attente est une chose que la plupart d&#039;entre nous ne savons pas bien faire\u00a0: attendre, se demander quand les choses vont changer, quand une opportunit\u00e9 va se pr\u00e9senter, ou quand notre situation va \u00e9voluer. On a souvent l&#039;impression qu&#039;attendre, c&#039;est \u00eatre passif, que c&#039;est rester assis \u00e0 ne rien faire. Mais dans les versets 4 \u00e0 11 du chapitre 1 et ici, au chapitre 2, verset 4, nous voyons ce que N\u00e9h\u00e9mie faisait pendant son attente\u00a0: il n&#039;\u00e9tait pas passif, il priait\u00a0! N\u00e9h\u00e9mie \u00e9tait un homme de pri\u00e8re. On le voit prier \u00e0 douze reprises dans ce livre\u00a0!<\/p><p>N\u00e9h\u00e9mie servait devant le tr\u00f4ne du roi Artaxerx\u00e8s, mais il porta ses soucis devant le tr\u00f4ne de Dieu ! Jamais il n&#039;avait \u00e9t\u00e9 triste en pr\u00e9sence du roi. Pourtant, le roi sentait bien que quelque chose pesait sur N\u00e9h\u00e9mie. Ce dernier \u00e9tait saisi d&#039;une peur terrible, car il \u00e9tait impossible d&#039;\u00eatre triste en pr\u00e9sence du roi. Le voil\u00e0 donc, le c\u0153ur bris\u00e9, devant le tr\u00f4ne. Que faire ? N\u00e9h\u00e9mie porta une fois de plus son souci vers un tr\u00f4ne plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 ! Il entra dans la salle du tr\u00f4ne du Dieu Tout-Puissant et confia son fardeau au Dieu du ciel !<\/p><p>Quelles le\u00e7ons pouvons-nous tirer de cet homme de pri\u00e8re ! Le roi vit la tristesse sur le visage de N\u00e9h\u00e9mie, mais le Dieu du ciel voit la tristesse dans le c\u0153ur de chacun de nous ! Quand on s&#039;adressa au roi, le peuple entra avec crainte et appr\u00e9hension. Mais nous pouvons aujourd&#039;hui nous approcher avec assurance du tr\u00f4ne de la gr\u00e2ce afin d&#039;obtenir mis\u00e9ricorde et de trouver gr\u00e2ce pour \u00eatre secourus dans le besoin (H\u00e9breux 4.14-16). La pri\u00e8re n&#039;est pas un dernier recours ; c&#039;est le seul recours et c&#039;est toujours le meilleur ! Faisons comme N\u00e9h\u00e9mie et faisons-en notre premier r\u00e9flexe !<\/p><p><strong>Ancre du jour :<br \/><\/strong><em>Quel ami nous avons en J\u00e9sus, qui porte tous nos p\u00e9ch\u00e9s et nos chagrins ! <\/em><br \/><em>Quel privil\u00e8ge de tout confier \u00e0 Dieu dans la pri\u00e8re ! <\/em><br \/><em>Oh, quelle paix nous perdons si souvent !
