En fin de compte, Satan n&#039;est pas tant en guerre contre nous que contre Dieu. Lorsque le diable, gonfl\u00e9 d&#039;orgueil, a prof\u00e9r\u00e9 ses cinq d\u00e9clarations de r\u00e9bellion, il n&#039;a pas dit : \u201c Je veux \u00eatre comme les hommes \u201d, mais : \u201c Je serai comme le Tr\u00e8s-Haut \u201d (\u00c9sa\u00efe 14:14). Il d\u00e9sire \u00eatre comme Dieu et, depuis lors, il est en guerre contre Lui.<\/p><p data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"1089\">Lorsque Satan a attaqu\u00e9 le Seigneur J\u00e9sus dans le d\u00e9sert et \u00e0 d&#039;autres moments de sa vie, ce n&#039;\u00e9tait pas seulement parce qu&#039;il menait une vie sans p\u00e9ch\u00e9 en tant qu&#039;Homme parfait, mais parce qu&#039;il \u00e9tait \u2013 et est \u2013 Dieu. La longue guerre de Satan a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e contre Dieu. Nous sommes des soldats dans l&#039;arm\u00e9e du Seigneur, mais c&#039;est le Commandant supr\u00eame que Satan combat v\u00e9ritablement. Ce combat n&#039;est pas le n\u00f4tre\u00a0; il est celui du Seigneur.<\/p><p data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1952\">On peut retrouver cette v\u00e9rit\u00e9 tout au long des \u00c9critures. <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Mo\u00efse<\/span><\/span> encourageaient les Isra\u00e9lites face \u00e0 leurs nombreux ennemis : \u201c Vous ne devez pas les craindre, car l\u2019\u00c9ternel, votre Dieu, combat lui-m\u00eame pour vous \u201d (Deut. 3:22). <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">N\u00e9h\u00e9mie<\/span><\/span>, lorsqu&#039;il fut attaqu\u00e9, il d\u00e9clara \u00e0 ceux qui travaillaient sur le mur : \u201c Notre Dieu combattra pour nous \u201d (N\u00e9h\u00e9mie 4:20).
