On y trouve une succession de noms d&#039;hommes et de femmes qui ont pers\u00e9v\u00e9r\u00e9 par la foi ! Ils n&#039;\u00e9taient pas parfaits, mais ils \u00e9taient tenaces ! Qu&#039;est-ce qui les a pouss\u00e9s \u00e0 aller de l&#039;avant malgr\u00e9 les obstacles ? C&#039;\u00e9tait l&#039;Objet qui leur \u00e9tait destin\u00e9 ! L&#039;Objet de leur foi \u00e9tait plus grand que tous les obstacles rencontr\u00e9s ! Qu&#039;il s&#039;agisse d&#039;adoration, de marche avec Dieu, d&#039;\u0153uvre pour Dieu ou d&#039;ob\u00e9issance \u00e0 sa Parole, l&#039;endurance et la force n\u00e9cessaires pour pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer se trouvent dans l&#039;Objet que nous suivons.<\/p><p>Puisqu&#039;il nous est dit que sans la foi, il est impossible de plaire \u00e0 Dieu (H\u00e9breux 11:6), nous pouvons alors nous demander : \u201c Qu&#039;est-ce que la foi ? \u201d Il nous est dit ce que fait la foi : \u201c Or la foi est une ferme assurance des choses qu&#039;on esp\u00e8re, une d\u00e9monstration de celles qu&#039;on ne voit pas \u201d (H\u00e9breux 11:1). <span class=\"cLIN-SC\">jnd<\/span>Il s&#039;agit davantage d&#039;une description de ce que la foi accomplit que de ce qu&#039;elle est. La foi est une ob\u00e9issance in\u00e9branlable et confiante \u00e0 la Parole de Dieu, quelles que soient les circonstances. C&#039;est la capacit\u00e9 de se reposer en Dieu, de remettre tout notre fardeau entre ses mains.<\/p><p>Le Christ est le fondement de notre foi. Attardons-nous sur le mot \u201c\u00a0conviction\u00a0\u201d. Lorsqu\u2019il est au centre de nos c\u0153urs, nous acqu\u00e9rons la conviction qu\u2019il tiendra parole\u00a0! Tout repose sur lui, objet de nos c\u0153urs et de nos \u00e2mes. Ceux mentionn\u00e9s au chapitre\u00a011 t\u00e9moignent et nous disent \u00e0 chacun\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Nous lui avons fait confiance\u00a0; vous le pouvez aussi\u00a0!\u00a0\u201d<\/p><p><strong>Ancre du jour :<\/strong><br \/>Nous pouvons, vous et moi, nous d\u00e9barrasser de tout fardeau, de tout p\u00e9ch\u00e9, de tout doute et de toute peur, et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer en gardant les yeux fix\u00e9s sur Celui qui s&#039;est donn\u00e9 pour nous sur la croix
