Il s&#039;agissait d&#039;assembl\u00e9es r\u00e9elles existant \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9poque, mais elles symbolisent aussi les situations que l&#039;on peut rencontrer dans les \u00c9glises aujourd&#039;hui. On peut \u00e9galement interpr\u00e9ter ces sept \u00c9glises comme l&#039;histoire proph\u00e9tique de l&#039;\u00c9glise \u00e0 travers les \u00e2ges.<\/p><p>La gr\u00e2ce et la paix soulignent ensemble l&#039;unit\u00e9 que Dieu per\u00e7oit aujourd&#039;hui dans l&#039;\u00c9glise. Cette unit\u00e9 se manifeste dans ces sept \u00c9glises\u00a0: bien qu&#039;elles constituent sept assembl\u00e9es distinctes, elles sont unies en Christ.<\/p><p>Cette gr\u00e2ce et cette paix \u00e9manent de \u201c Celui qui est, qui \u00e9tait et qui vient \u201d. Il s\u2019agit de Dieu, source de toute b\u00e9n\u00e9diction (Jacques 1.17 ; \u00c9ph\u00e9siens 1.3). Il est l\u2019\u00c9ternel, immuable et \u00e9ternel (Malachie 3.6). Ces b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions de gr\u00e2ce et de paix proviennent aussi des \u201c sept Esprits \u201d. Il ne faut surtout pas croire qu\u2019il existe sept esprits diff\u00e9rents. Le chiffre sept symbolise la perfection ; cette expression souligne donc la pl\u00e9nitude du Saint-Esprit (cf. \u00c9sa\u00efe 11.2). Il est l\u2019Esprit de gr\u00e2ce (H\u00e9breux 10.29) qui r\u00e9pand la paix dans la vie des croyants (Galates 5.22).<\/p><p>Enfin, nous constatons que cette gr\u00e2ce et cette paix \u00e9manent du Seigneur J\u00e9sus-Christ. Il semblerait qu&#039;il soit mentionn\u00e9 en dernier car Jean s&#039;appr\u00eate \u00e0 exalter le Seigneur J\u00e9sus, th\u00e8me qu&#039;il d\u00e9veloppera tout au long de ce livre. Il parle ensuite de lui comme du t\u00e9moin fid\u00e8le, du Premier-n\u00e9 d&#039;entre les morts et du souverain des rois de la terre.<\/p><p><strong>Ancre du jour :<\/strong><br \/>Puisse notre
