Car la gr\u00e2ce de Dieu, source de salut pour tous les hommes, a paru. Elle nous enseigne \u00e0 renoncer \u00e0 l\u2019impi\u00e9t\u00e9 et aux convoitises de ce monde, et \u00e0 vivre dans le si\u00e8cle pr\u00e9sent selon la sagesse, la justice et la pi\u00e9t\u00e9, en attendant la bienheureuse esp\u00e9rance et la manifestation glorieuse de notre grand Dieu et Sauveur J\u00e9sus-Christ.
Tite 2:11-13<\/em><\/p><\/div>

Dans le texte d'aujourd'hui, Paul d\u00e9crit la venue du Christ comme une \u201c bienheureuse esp\u00e9rance \u201d pour chaque disciple de J\u00e9sus-Christ. Cette esp\u00e9rance d\u00e9coule directement de la gr\u00e2ce de Dieu dans nos vies. La glorieuse apparition aura lieu lorsque le Christ reviendra sur terre avec les siens apr\u00e8s les sept ann\u00e9es de tribulation. Mais cette bienheureuse esp\u00e9rance peut se r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 tout moment\u00a0! Le retour du Christ pour les siens est imminent\u00a0!<\/p>

Cette esp\u00e9rance b\u00e9nie est certaine ! Certains se sont moqu\u00e9s et ont ridiculis\u00e9 ceux qui nourrissent une telle esp\u00e9rance (2 Pierre 3.3-5), mais le Seigneur J\u00e9sus a promis : \u201c Je reviendrai et je vous prendrai avec moi, afin que l\u00e0 o\u00f9 je suis, vous y soyez aussi \u201d (Jean 14.3). Il le mentionne \u00e0 l\u2019ap\u00f4tre Jean \u00e0 quatre reprises dans le livre de l\u2019Apocalypse (3.11 ; 22.7, 12, 20). Puisque vous avez plac\u00e9 votre foi en son \u0153uvre accomplie sur la croix, vous pouvez vous reposer dans la bienheureuse esp\u00e9rance que le Christ reviendra pour vous personnellement ! L\u2019\u00c9criture est claire : lorsqu\u2019il reviendra pour les siens, \u201c le Seigneur lui-m\u00eame descendra du ciel avec un signal donn\u00e9\u2026 Et les morts en Christ ressusciteront premi\u00e8rement. Ensuite, nous qui serons vivants et qui serons rest\u00e9s, nous serons enlev\u00e9s ensemble avec eux sur des nu\u00e9es, \u00e0 la rencontre du Seigneur dans les airs \u201d (1 Thessaloniciens 4.16-17).<\/p>

Nous ignorons quand aura lieu cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement b\u00e9ni, mais nous croyons avec Paul que \u201c notre salut est plus proche qu\u2019au moment de notre premi\u00e8re conversion \u201d (Romains 13.11). Son retour se produira \u201c en un instant, en un clin d\u2019\u0153il, au son de la derni\u00e8re trompette\u2026 et les morts ressusciteront incorruptibles, et nous serons transform\u00e9s \u201d (1 Corinthiens 15.52).<\/p>
