\u201c Je vous ai dit ces choses afin que vous ayez la paix en moi. Vous aurez des tribulations dans le monde ; mais prenez courage, j\u2019ai vaincu le monde. \u201d
Jean 16:33<\/strong><\/p>

Ici, Il s'adresse \u00e0 tous ceux qui cherchent \u00e0 Le suivre : \u201c Courage ! Sois fort ! J'ai vaincu le monde ! \u201d<\/em> Il regardait au-del\u00e0 de tout ce qui l'attendait et proclamait la victoire qui serait bient\u00f4t sienne. Il est le grand Vainqueur !<\/p>

Le mot \u00ab\u00a0surmonter\u00a0\u00bb est \u00e0 l\u2019origine du mot \u00ab\u00a0NIKE\u00a0\u00bb, qui signifie victoire. Il appara\u00eet environ vingt-huit fois sous seize formes diff\u00e9rentes, dans vingt-quatre versets du Nouveau Testament.<\/p>

Le Christ a vaincu le monde durant sa vie. Par sa mort, il a encha\u00een\u00e9 l'homme fort et s'est empar\u00e9 du butin (Luc 11, 22). Par sa r\u00e9surrection, son ascension et son exaltation, le Christ a remport\u00e9 la victoire. \u201c Dieu a fait de ce m\u00eame J\u00e9sus \u00e0 la fois Seigneur et Christ. \u201d<\/em> (Actes 2:36).<\/p>

Il a vaincu ce monde qui s'oppose \u00e0 Dieu. Il est le grand vainqueur ! La Croix a marqu\u00e9 la d\u00e9faite du prince de ce monde. Romains 3:4<\/em> parle de la victoire juridique accomplie par Dieu, tandis que Romains 12:21<\/em> parle de la victoire morale qui se vit dans nos vies.<\/p>

Consid\u00e9rez les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences crois\u00e9es suivantes qui expliquent plus en d\u00e9tail cette v\u00e9rit\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>

  • Jean 12:31 \u2014 \u201c Maintenant a lieu le jugement de ce monde ; maintenant le prince de ce monde sera jet\u00e9 dehors. \u201d<\/em> (voir aussi Jean 14:30 ; 16:11)<\/p><\/li>

  • Gen\u00e8se 3:15 \u2014 \u201c Je mettrai l\u2019inimiti\u00e9 entre toi et la femme, entre ta descendance et sa descendance\u00a0: celle-ci t\u2019\u00e9crasera la t\u00eate, et tu lui blesseras le talon. \u201d<\/em><\/p><\/li>

  • Colossiens 2:15 \u2014 \u201c Ayant d\u00e9sarm\u00e9 les principaut\u00e9s et les puissances, il les a publiquement expos\u00e9es en spectacle, triomphant d'elles par la bataille. \u201d<\/em><\/p><\/li>

  • H\u00e9breux 2:14 \u2014 \u201c Puisque les enfants ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la chair et au sang, lui aussi y a particip\u00e9 de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, afin que, par sa mort, il puisse an\u00e9antir celui qui d\u00e9tenait le pouvoir de la mort, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le diable. \u201d<\/em><\/p><\/li>

  • 1 Jean 3:8 \u2014 \u201c C\u2019est pour cela que le Fils de Dieu a \u00e9t\u00e9 manifest\u00e9, afin de d\u00e9truire les \u0153uvres du diable. \u201d<\/em><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Le Seigneur J\u00e9sus a vaincu le p\u00e9ch\u00e9, l'incr\u00e9dulit\u00e9, la mort, les portes de l'enfer, tout ce qui pouvait nous d\u00e9courager, tout ce qui pouvait nous abattre et tout ce qui pouvait s'opposer \u00e0 l'\u00c9vangile. Il a vaincu toutes choses !<\/p>

    Nous sommes r\u00e9unis pour partager cette victoire.<\/p>

    Paul nous le rappelle dans 1 Corinthiens 15:57<\/em>: \u201c Mais gr\u00e2ces soient rendues \u00e0 Dieu, qui nous donne la victoire par notre Seigneur J\u00e9sus-Christ. \u201d<\/em><\/p>

    Et encore une fois dans 2 Corinthiens 2:14-15<\/em>: \u201c Gr\u00e2ces soient rendues \u00e0 Dieu qui nous fait toujours triompher en Christ, et qui r\u00e9pand par nous en tout lieu le parfum de sa connaissance. Car nous sommes pour Dieu la bonne odeur de Christ, parmi ceux qui sont sauv\u00e9s et parmi ceux qui p\u00e9rissent. \u201d<\/em><\/p>

    Enfin, Paul nous assure dans Romains 8:37<\/em> que chaque croyant est \u201c plus que vainqueur par celui qui nous a aim\u00e9s \u201d.\u201d<\/p>
