On pourrait aussi le traduire par \u201c Toutefois, Dieu \u201d, \u201c Pourtant, Dieu \u201d ou \u201c N\u00e9anmoins, Dieu \u201d. Quelle que soit la traduction de cette conjonction, son but est de mettre en contraste les voies instables des hommes dans les derniers jours avec les voies constantes et immuables de Dieu.<\/p><p data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1690\">Le mot <em data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1031\">\u201c&quot;ferme&quot;\u201d<\/em> D\u00e9crire ce fondement \u00e9voque l&#039;\u0153uvre solide, in\u00e9branlable et \u00e9ternellement ancr\u00e9e de Dieu. Ce fondement pourrait bien \u00eatre li\u00e9 \u00e0 ce dont Paul a parl\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment. <em data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1298\">\u201c la maison de Dieu, qui est l\u2019\u00c9glise du Dieu vivant, la colonne et le fondement de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9. \u201d<\/em> Ici, <em data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1318\">2 Timoth\u00e9e<\/em>, Cependant, Paul ne d\u00e9crit pas cette maison comme la \u201c maison de Dieu \u201d, mais comme la <em data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1409\">\u201c grande maison \u201d,\u201d<\/em> o\u00f9 <em data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1530\">\u201c Il n\u2019y a pas seulement des vases d\u2019or et d\u2019argent, mais aussi de bois et d\u2019argile, certains pour l\u2019honneur et d\u2019autres pour le d\u00e9shonneur. \u201d<\/em> (2 Timoth\u00e9e 2:20). Peu importe les apparences en ces derniers jours, nous pouvons nous reposer sur cette v\u00e9rit\u00e9 : <em data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1688\">Le fondement solide de Dieu demeure !<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"1692\" data-end=\"2192\">Le mot <em data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1711\">\u201c stands \u201d<\/em> porte la pens\u00e9e de <em data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1757\">continuer \u00e0 se tenir debout.<\/em> Cela est conforme \u00e0 ce que le Seigneur J\u00e9sus a dit \u00e0 Pierre lorsqu&#039;il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9\u00a0:, <em data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1884\">\u201c Tu es le Christ, le Fils du Dieu vivant. \u201d<\/em> Le Seigneur a r\u00e9pondu par <em data-start=\"1907\" data-end=\"1925\">Matthieu 16:17-18<\/em>, disant, <em data-start=\"1935\" data-end=\"2190\">\u201c\u00a0Tu es heureux, Simon, fils de Jonas, car ce ne sont pas la chair et le sang qui t\u2019ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 cela, mais mon P\u00e8re qui est dans les cieux. Et moi, je te dis que tu es Pierre, et sur cette pierre je b\u00e2tirai mon \u00c9glise, et les portes du s\u00e9jour des morts ne pr\u00e9vaudront point contre elle.\u00a0\u201d<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"2194\" data-end=\"2467\">Cette fondation poss\u00e8de un sceau, marque de la garantie divine. C&#039;est un sceau de propri\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0: <em data-start=\"2276\" data-end=\"2313\">\u201c Le Seigneur conna\u00eet ceux qui lui appartiennent. \u201d<\/em> C&#039;est un sceau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : <em data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2359\">\u201c Cela restera ainsi. \u201d<\/em> Et c&#039;est un sceau de sanctification : <em data-start=\"2396\" data-end=\"2465\">\u201cQue quiconque invoque le nom du Seigneur se d\u00e9tourne de l\u2019iniquit\u00e9.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"2469\" data-end=\"2592\"><strong>Ancre du jour :<\/strong><br \/>Dans les moments difficiles, pers\u00e9v\u00e9rez.
