Mais Dieu a choisi les choses folles du monde pour confondre les sages\u00a0; Dieu a choisi les choses faibles du monde pour confondre les fortes\u00a0; Dieu a choisi les choses viles du monde, celles qu\u2019on m\u00e9prise, celles qui ne sont rien, pour r\u00e9duire \u00e0 n\u00e9ant celles qui existent, afin que nul ne se glorifie devant lui.\u00a0\u201d<br \/><\/em><strong>1 Corinthiens 1:26-28<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"1181\">C&#039;est environ la septi\u00e8me fois que Paul mentionne ce mot <em data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"758\">\u201c&quot;appel&quot;\u201d<\/em> ou <em data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"774\">\u201c&quot;appel.&quot;\u201d<\/em> Le chapitre commence par Paul se d\u00e9crivant comme <em data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"853\">\u201c appel\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre ap\u00f4tre \u201d<\/em> (1:1). Il \u00e9crit aux croyants de Corinthe qui sont <em data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"921\">\u201cd\u00e9nonc\u00e9\u201d<\/em> ceux (1:2). La parole <em data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"951\">\u00e9glise<\/em>\u2014<em data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"962\">ekklesia<\/em>-moyens <em data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"994\">\u201cd\u00e9nonc\u00e9.\u201d<\/em> C&#039;\u00e9taient ceux qui \u00e9taient <em data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1038\">\u201c appel\u00e9s saints \u201d,\u201d<\/em> signification <em data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1058\">distinguer <\/em>(1:2). Ils \u00e9taient \u00e9galement li\u00e9s et interd\u00e9pendants avec tous ceux qui, en tout lieu, invoquent le nom de notre Seigneur J\u00e9sus-Christ.<\/p><p data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1523\">L\u2019appel du croyant est d\u2019une importance capitale, bien que nous en perdions souvent de vue la port\u00e9e. Dans ce premier chapitre, Paul nous rappelle que chaque chr\u00e9tien est appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la saintet\u00e9 (vv. 1-9). <em data-start=\"1388\" data-end=\"1452\">\u201c appel\u00e9s \u00e0 la communion de son Fils, J\u00e9sus-Christ notre Seigneur \u201d<\/em> (vv. 9-25). Et nous sommes appel\u00e9s \u00e0 glorifier Dieu et le Christ (vv. 26-31).<\/p><p data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1957\">Dans le passage d&#039;aujourd&#039;hui, Paul nous exhorte \u00e0 examiner attentivement notre vocation. Nous devons reconna\u00eetre que Dieu ne nous a pas appel\u00e9s en raison de ce que nous \u00e9tions, mais malgr\u00e9 ce que nous \u00e9tions ! Si Dieu nous avait appel\u00e9s en fonction de qui nous sommes ou de ce que nous pouvions lui offrir, l&#039;orgueil et l&#039;arrogance auraient rapidement pris le dessus. Mais Dieu a agi autrement \u2013 d&#039;une mani\u00e8re qui lui seul \u00e9tait possible \u2013 afin que la gloire lui revienne enti\u00e8rement pour un plan de salut si plein de gr\u00e2ce et d&#039;amour.<\/p><p data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"2203\">Il a choisi les choses folles de ce monde pour confondre les sages.<br data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2027\" \/>Il a choisi les faibles pour confondre les puissants.<br data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2080\" \/>Il a choisi les choses viles et m\u00e9pris\u00e9es \u2014 oui, m\u00eame celles qui ne sont rien \u2014 pour r\u00e9duire \u00e0 n\u00e9ant celles qui sont.<\/p><p data-start=\"2205\" data-end=\"2262\">Pourquoi ? Pour que <em data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2260\">\u201c Que nul ne se glorifie en sa pr\u00e9sence. \u201d<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2493\">Paul conclut : <em data-start=\"2280\" data-end=\"2473\">\u201c C\u2019est par lui que vous \u00eates en J\u00e9sus-Christ, qui est devenu pour nous sagesse de la part de Dieu, justice, sanctification et r\u00e9demption, afin que, comme il est \u00e9crit : \u2018 Que celui qui se glorifie se glorifie dans le Seigneur. \u2019 \u201d<\/em> (1 Cor. 1:30\u201331).<\/p><p data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2664\"><strong>Ancre du jour :<\/strong><br \/>La gloire humaine n&#039;a pas sa place en pr\u00e9sence de Dieu. Il ne s&#039;agit pas de vous ni de moi, mais de rendre toute la gloire et les louanges \u00e0 Celui qui nous a appel\u00e9s des t\u00e9n\u00e8bres \u00e0 son admirable lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who Gets The Glory? \u201cFor you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called.
