le contentement<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c39008 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1c39008\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div>R\u00e9cemment, en pr\u00e9parant des fun\u00e9railles, je lisais le Psaume 23 et j&#039;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que ce psaume est bien plus qu&#039;un simple psaume de r\u00e9confort ! C&#039;est un psaume de contentement ! David se compare \u00e0 une brebis et d\u00e9clare : \u201c L&#039;\u00c9ternel est mon berger. \u201d Plus loin, il se d\u00e9crit assis \u00e0 une table pr\u00e9par\u00e9e par le Seigneur sp\u00e9cialement pour lui. Sur cette table se trouvaient toutes les provisions que le Seigneur avait en r\u00e9serve pour lui. Cette table n&#039;\u00e9tait pas seulement un lieu de subsistance pour David, mais aussi un lieu de protection contre ses ennemis ! Mais David ne se contentait pas de se pr\u00e9occuper des bienfaits du Seigneur, ni m\u00eame de sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9. En lisant ce psaume, on comprend que David \u00e9tait absorb\u00e9 par la personne m\u00eame du Seigneur ! Il \u00e9tait profond\u00e9ment pr\u00e9occup\u00e9 par ce que le Seigneur faisait ou pouvait faire pour lui. Ce n&#039;\u00e9taient pas les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions qui le captivaient, mais Celui qui le b\u00e9nissait ! C&#039;est de l\u00e0 que vient le v\u00e9ritable contentement !\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Les biens mat\u00e9riels ne peuvent jamais nous satisfaire pleinement ! David le savait et nous a montr\u00e9 que le v\u00e9ritable contentement transcende le monde \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re. David \u00e9tait centr\u00e9 sur une personne : \u201c Le Seigneur est MON Berger ! \u201d David entretenait une relation avec le Seigneur. Dans Jean 10, le Seigneur J\u00e9sus dit : \u201c Je suis le bon berger. Le bon berger donne sa vie pour ses brebis\u2026 Je suis le bon berger ; je connais mes brebis et mes brebis me connaissent. \u201d Prenons d\u2019abord conscience que cette relation avec le Bon Berger commence lorsque j\u2019accepte qu\u2019il se soit donn\u00e9 pour moi, comme le d\u00e9crit le Psaume 22. \u00c9coutons ce que le Seigneur J\u00e9sus dit dans Jean 10.17-18 : \u201c C\u2019est pourquoi le P\u00e8re m\u2019aime, parce que je donne ma vie, afin de la reprendre. Personne ne me l\u2019enl\u00e8ve, mais je la donne pour moi-m\u00eame. J\u2019ai le pouvoir de la donner, et j\u2019ai le pouvoir de la reprendre. Tel est le commandement que j\u2019ai re\u00e7u de mon P\u00e8re. \u201d Ma relation avec le Bon Berger a commenc\u00e9 lorsque j&#039;ai pris conscience de ma condition de p\u00e9cheur et qu&#039;Il est venu au monde pour sauver les p\u00e9cheurs. J&#039;\u00e9tais une brebis perdue, \u00e9gar\u00e9e loin de Dieu, et Il est venu la chercher et la sauver ! C&#039;est lorsque j&#039;accepte son sacrifice sur la Croix, o\u00f9 Il a pay\u00e9 le prix de mon p\u00e9ch\u00e9, et que je confesse \u00e0 un Dieu saint ma condition de p\u00e9cheur, que ma relation avec le Bon Berger commence v\u00e9ritablement ! C&#039;est \u00e0 cet instant pr\u00e9cis que je peux affirmer avec confiance : \u201c Le Seigneur est mon Berger ! \u201d\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Ensuite, une fois cette relation \u00e9tablie, je dois \u00e9couter sa voix. Le Seigneur J\u00e9sus poursuit en Jean 10:27-29\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Mes brebis entendent ma voix\u00a0; je les connais, et elles me suivent. Je leur donne la vie \u00e9ternelle\u00a0; elles ne p\u00e9riront jamais, et personne ne les arrachera de ma main. Mon P\u00e8re, qui me les a donn\u00e9es, est plus grand que tous, et personne ne peut les arracher de la main de mon P\u00e8re.\u00a0\u201d \u00catre entre les mains du Berger est un lieu de salut et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, mais pour nous, cela doit aussi \u00eatre un lieu d\u2019attention exclusive\u00a0! Nous devons nous consacrer au Berger lui-m\u00eame, \u00e9couter sa voix et apprendre \u00e0 le conna\u00eetre chaque jour en nous impr\u00e9gnant de sa Parole. Le Berger est la source du v\u00e9ritable contentement, et non ce qu\u2019il nous offre, aussi bon soit-il\u00a0! Reconna\u00eetre le Christ comme la source est le secret du contentement en toutes circonstances. \u00c9coutez ce que Paul dit dans Philippiens 4:11-13\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Ce n\u2019est pas par besoin que je parle, car j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 \u00eatre content de l\u2019\u00e9tat o\u00f9 je me trouve. Je sais vivre dans l\u2019humilit\u00e9, et je sais vivre dans l\u2019abondance. En toutes circonstances et partout, j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 \u00eatre rassasi\u00e9 et \u00e0 avoir faim, \u00e0 \u00eatre dans l\u2019abondance et \u00e0 \u00eatre dans le besoin. Je peux tout par celui qui me fortifie.\u00a0\u201d\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Dans le Psaume 23, remarquez combien David \u00e9tait pr\u00e9occup\u00e9 par le Berger, et non simplement par les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions qu&#039;il accordait. L&#039;\u00c9ternel est mon berger\u00a0: je ne manquerai de rien. Il me fait reposer dans de verts p\u00e2turages, il me conduit pr\u00e8s des eaux paisibles. Il restaure mon \u00e2me, il me conduit dans les sentiers de la justice, \u00e0 cause de son nom. Quand je marche dans la vall\u00e9e de l&#039;ombre de la mort,<\/div><div>Je ne crains aucun mal, car tu es avec moi\u00a0; notre houlette et ton b\u00e2ton me rassurent. Tu dresses devant moi une table, en face de mes ennemis\u00a0; tu oins d\u2019huile ma t\u00eate, et ma coupe d\u00e9borde.<\/div><div>Oui, le bonheur et la gr\u00e2ce m&#039;accompagneront tous les jours de ma vie, et j&#039;habiterai dans la maison de l&#039;\u00c9ternel jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la fin de mes jours.\u201d\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Le v\u00e9ritable contentement est l&#039;un des fruits de la relation avec le Berger. Mais quels sont les fruits du contentement\u00a0? Examinons-en quelques-uns\u00a0:\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Le livre des Proverbes (17:22) nous dit\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Un c\u0153ur joyeux est un bon rem\u00e8de, mais un esprit abattu dess\u00e8che les os.\u00a0\u201d Le livre des Proverbes (15:15) ajoute\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Tous les jours de l\u2019afflig\u00e9 sont mauvais, mais un c\u0153ur joyeux est toujours en f\u00eate.\u00a0\u201d Dans ces deux versets, nous voyons qu\u2019un c\u0153ur content est satisfait et plein de joie.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Notre service envers le Seigneur sera influenc\u00e9 par notre niveau de contentement. Dans 1 Timoth\u00e9e 6.6, 8, Paul dit : \u201c La pi\u00e9t\u00e9 est une source de grand profit, lorsqu&#039;elle s&#039;accompagne de contentement. Si nous avons de quoi manger et de quoi nous loger, cela nous suffira. \u201d H\u00e9breux 13.5 nous rappelle : \u201c Que votre caract\u00e8re soit exempt d&#039;avarice ; contentez-vous de ce que vous avez, car Dieu lui-m\u00eame a dit : Je ne te d\u00e9laisserai point, je ne t&#039;abandonnerai point. \u2018 Job 36.11 ajoute : \u201d S&#039;ils l&#039;\u00e9coutent et le servent, ils finiront leurs jours dans la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 et leurs ann\u00e9es dans la joie. \u201c\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Le Psaume 37:7-8 ajoute une autre dimension au contentement\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Repose-toi sur l\u2019\u00c9ternel et attends-le avec patience\u00a0; ne t\u2019irrite pas contre celui qui r\u00e9ussit dans ses entreprises, contre l\u2019homme qui met en \u0153uvre de mauvais projets. Laisse la col\u00e8re, abandonne la fureur\u00a0; ne t\u2019irrite pas, car cela ne m\u00e8ne qu\u2019au mal.\u00a0\u201d L\u2019inqui\u00e9tude na\u00eet du manque de contentement et de pr\u00e9sence aupr\u00e8s du Seigneur. \u201c\u00a0Ne t\u2019irrite pas contre les m\u00e9chants, n\u2019envie pas les injustes\u00a0\u201d (Proverbes 24:19). Mais un c\u0153ur en harmonie avec le Seigneur peut dire\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Rassasie-nous d\u00e8s le matin de ta bont\u00e9, afin que nous chantions de joie et soyons dans l\u2019all\u00e9gresse tous les jours de notre vie\u00a0\u201d (Psaume 90:14). \u201c\u00a0Car il rassasie l\u2019\u00e2me assoiff\u00e9e, il remplit de biens l\u2019\u00e2me affam\u00e9e.\u00a0\u201d (Psaume 107:9)\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00c9coutez ce verset qui \u00e9voque les bienfaits d&#039;une relation harmonieuse avec le Seigneur\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0La crainte de l\u2019\u00c9ternel m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la vie\u00a0; on dort en paix, \u00e0 l\u2019abri du mal.\u00a0\u201d Proverbes 19:23\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u201c Pourquoi d\u00e9pensez-vous votre argent pour ce qui ne nourrit pas, votre salaire pour ce qui ne rassasie pas ? \u00c9coutez-moi attentivement, mangez ce qui est bon, et d\u00e9lectez-vous de l\u2019abondance. \u201d Isa\u00efe 55:2\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u201c Quant \u00e0 moi, je contemplerai ta face dans la justice ; je serai rassasi\u00e9 de ta ressemblance \u00e0 mon r\u00e9veil. \u201d\u00a0<\/div><div>Psaume 17:15\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u201c Les afflig\u00e9s mangeront et seront rassasi\u00e9s ; ceux qui le cherchent loueront l\u2019\u00c9ternel. Que votre c\u0153ur vive \u00e0 jamais ! \u201d Psaume 22:26\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u201c Je le rassasierai de longs jours et je lui ferai voir mon salut. \u201d Psaume 91:16\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u201c\u00a0C\u2019est lui qui comble tes ann\u00e9es de biens, et ta jeunesse se renouvelle comme celle de l\u2019aigle.\u00a0\u201d Psaume 103:5\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u201c L\u2019\u00e2me du paresseux d\u00e9sire et n\u2019obtient rien, mais l\u2019\u00e2me du diligent est rassasi\u00e9e. \u201d Proverbes 13:4\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u201c Il n\u2019acceptera aucune ran\u00e7on, et il ne sera pas satisfait, m\u00eame si vous lui offrez de nombreux pr\u00e9sents. \u201d Proverbes 6:35\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u201c Quelques soldats l\u2019interrog\u00e8rent et dirent : \u2018 Et nous, que devons-nous faire ? \u2019 Il leur r\u00e9pondit : \u2018 N\u2019exigez de personne la force, n\u2019accusez personne \u00e0 tort et contentez-vous de votre solde. ' \u201d Luc 3:14\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u201c C\u2019est pourquoi je me complais dans les faiblesses, dans les outrages, dans les d\u00e9tresses, dans les pers\u00e9cutions, dans les angoisses, \u00e0 cause de Christ ; car, lorsque je suis faible, c\u2019est alors que je suis fort. \u201d 2 Corinthiens 12:10\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Le contentement dit : \u201c L\u2019\u00c9ternel est mon berger. Je ne manquerai de rien. \u201d Le contentement dit : \u201c Combien pr\u00e9cieuse est ta bont\u00e9, \u00f4 Dieu ! Les enfants des hommes se r\u00e9fugient \u00e0 l\u2019ombre de tes ailes. Ils se rassasient des richesses de ta maison, et tu les abreuves au fleuve de tes d\u00e9lices. \u201d Le contentement dit : \u201c Car ta bont\u00e9 vaut mieux que la vie ; mes l\u00e8vres te loueront. Aussi je te b\u00e9nirai-je toute ma vie ; en ton nom, j\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8verai mes mains.
