Y \u00e9l fue e hizo conforme a la palabra del Se\u00f1or, pues fue y se qued\u00f3 junto al arroyo Querit, que desemboca en el Jord\u00e1n. Los cuervos le tra\u00edan pan y carne por la ma\u00f1ana, y pan y carne por la tarde; y \u00e9l beb\u00eda del arroyo. Y sucedi\u00f3 que al cabo de un tiempo el arroyo se sec\u00f3, porque no hab\u00eda llovido en la tierra.\u201d<br \/><strong>1 Reyes 17:4-7<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>El Se\u00f1or le hab\u00eda ordenado a El\u00edas que fuera al arroyo Querit y se escondiera all\u00ed. El\u00edas se encontraba ahora en p\u00fablico, present\u00e1ndose ante el rey Acab y declarando que no llover\u00eda. Santiago 5:17-18 revela este misterio y nos informa que \u201cEl\u00edas era un hombre como nosotros, y or\u00f3 fervientemente para que no lloviera; y no llovi\u00f3 sobre la tierra durante tres a\u00f1os y seis meses. Y or\u00f3 de nuevo, y el cielo dio lluvia, y la tierra produjo su fruto\u201d. Le ense\u00f1\u00f3 que solo Dios era su proveedor. El\u00edas ten\u00eda agua para beber, y el Se\u00f1or orden\u00f3 a los cuervos que lo alimentaran. Cuando estamos en el centro de la voluntad de Dios, \u00c9l provee para todas nuestras necesidades. El cuervo era un ave impura (Lev\u00edtico 11:13-19), sin embargo, el Se\u00f1or le demostr\u00f3 a su siervo que \u00c9l estaba por encima de todo y que proveer\u00eda para \u00e9l mientras se escond\u00eda. El Se\u00f1or le enviaba pan y carne cada ma\u00f1ana y cada tarde a trav\u00e9s de estos cuervos, mientras \u00e9l tambi\u00e9n beb\u00eda del arroyo.<\/p><p>Cuando el arroyo se sec\u00f3, \u00a1el Se\u00f1or que hab\u00eda provisto segu\u00eda con El\u00edas! Que el arroyo se secara no tom\u00f3 al Se\u00f1or por sorpresa. Su cuidado por El\u00edas no se vio afectado por la sequ\u00eda del arroyo, y \u00c9l segu\u00eda teniendo el control. Cuando los arroyos de nuestra vida se secan, debemos recordar que el Se\u00f1or es capaz de proveer. La gracia que nos ha salvado es la gracia que puede sostenernos, \u00a1y su gracia sustentadora en nuestras vidas es suficiente para nuestras necesidades!<\/p><p><strong>Lo m\u00e1s destacado de hoy:<\/strong><br \/>La provisi\u00f3n del Se\u00f1or fue posible porque El\u00edas se hab\u00eda ocultado y estaba donde el Se\u00f1or le hab\u00eda indicado.
