Entonces le lleg\u00f3 la palabra de Jehov\u00e1, que dec\u00eda: \u2018Ap\u00e1rtate de aqu\u00ed y dir\u00edgete al oriente, y esc\u00f3ndete junto al arroyo Querit, que desemboca en el Jord\u00e1n\u2019\u201d.\u201d<br \/><strong>1 Reyes 17:1-3<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>El\u00edas sab\u00eda lo que significaba esperar en el Se\u00f1or. Apenas lleg\u00f3 (vers\u00edculo 1), el Se\u00f1or le orden\u00f3 que se escondiera (1 Reyes 17:2-3). \u00bfC\u00f3mo se puede iniciar un ministerio sin una demostraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de predicaci\u00f3n y poder? La idea de esconderse va completamente en contra de la naturaleza humana y de la corriente de nuestro mundo. El Se\u00f1or estaba a punto de usar a El\u00edas de una manera poderosa, pero El\u00edas necesitaba saber que ese poder no resid\u00eda en sus propias capacidades. Necesitaba experimentar claramente que \u201cJehov\u00e1 es Dios\u201d, que es el significado de su nombre. El\u00edas tuvo una nueva apreciaci\u00f3n del Se\u00f1or y del hecho de que \u00c9l es un Dios vivo. Tambi\u00e9n se dio cuenta de que estaba en la presencia de su Dios y que sus o\u00eddos estaban atentos para escuchar al Se\u00f1or. Pero necesitaba aprender el valor de una vida oculta en Querit.<\/p><p>Querit significa \u201cseparar\u201d, \u201ccortar\u201d o \u201cexcluir\u201d. El Se\u00f1or lo trajo aqu\u00ed para que dejara de depender de s\u00ed mismo. Es el lugar donde el Se\u00f1or nos ense\u00f1a a confiar plenamente en \u00c9l. Querit es el lugar donde Dios alinea nuestros pensamientos y deseos con los suyos.<\/p><p>A lo largo de la Biblia, el Se\u00f1or oculta a sus siervos antes de usarlos. Jos\u00e9 fue escondido en un pozo, luego en una prisi\u00f3n, antes de llegar al palacio. Mois\u00e9s fue escondido en el desierto antes de guiar al pueblo fuera de Egipto. David fue escondido en las monta\u00f1as, entrando y saliendo de cuevas para escapar de Sa\u00fal, antes de ser reconocido como rey. Pablo fue escondido durante tres a\u00f1os en Arabia despu\u00e9s de su conversi\u00f3n, antes de convertirse en el misionero que conocemos como el ap\u00f3stol Pablo. Y aqu\u00ed, Dios esconde a El\u00edas en Querit antes del gran conflicto en el monte Carmelo con los profetas de Baal.<\/p><p>El eslogan original de YouTube era &quot;Transm\u00edtete a ti mismo&quot;. El lema de la vida cristiana es justo lo contrario: &quot;Esc\u00f3ndete&quot;, como declar\u00f3 Pablo: &quot;Con Cristo estoy juntamente crucificado, y ya no vivo yo, sino que Cristo vive en m\u00ed. Y lo que ahora vivo en la carne, lo vivo por la fe en el Hijo de Dios, quien me am\u00f3 y se entreg\u00f3 a s\u00ed mismo por m\u00ed&quot; (G\u00e1latas 2:20).<\/p><p><strong>Lo m\u00e1s destacado de hoy:<\/strong><br \/>\u00a1No yo, sino Cristo! \u00a1Este es el valor de la vida oculta: que Cristo sea visto y
