Pero en G\u00e9nesis 16:1-2, leemos que Sarai ide\u00f3 su propio plan para cumplir la voluntad de Dios. No estaba dispuesta a esperar en Dios durante el tiempo de silencio. \u00bfCu\u00e1ntas veces nuestras circunstancias nos llevan a apoyarnos en nuestro propio entendimiento en lugar de confiar en el Se\u00f1or con todo nuestro coraz\u00f3n (Proverbios 3:5-7) cuando parece guardar silencio? \u00a1Qu\u00e9 f\u00e1cil es tomar las riendas de la situaci\u00f3n en lugar de reconocerlo en todos nuestros caminos y permitirle que gu\u00ede nuestras sendas!<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La verdadera tragedia no fue solo su adulterio, sino tambi\u00e9n su independencia, sus dudas y su obstinaci\u00f3n. \u00a1Su pecado desencaden\u00f3 la guerra m\u00e1s larga de la historia! Este conflicto entre los israelitas, descendientes de Isaac, y los \u00e1rabes, descendientes de Ismael, contin\u00faa hasta el d\u00eda de hoy. \u00a1Tierra Santa sigue siendo un foco de tensi\u00f3n debido a esta mala decisi\u00f3n tomada por dos personas hace casi 4000 a\u00f1os! Su pecado provoc\u00f3 enemistad entre Sarai y Agar, y entre Sarai y Abraham (G\u00e9nesis 16:4-5). \u00a1Imaginen cu\u00e1nto mejor habr\u00eda sido todo si hubieran confiado en el Se\u00f1or! \u00a1Cu\u00e1nta m\u00e1s paz habr\u00eda habido en el mundo!<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">En Marcos 4:35-41, vemos a los disc\u00edpulos en la barca con el Se\u00f1or cuando se desat\u00f3 una gran tormenta. Las olas azotaban la barca y el viento los zarandeaba. Todos hemos experimentado tormentas similares en la vida. Parece que no hay esperanza, ni luz en medio de la oscuridad. Pero f\u00edjense en algo que destaca en esta historia: \u00a1el Se\u00f1or estaba en la barca con ellos! Los disc\u00edpulos estaban tan asustados que incluso preguntaron: \u201cMaestro, \u00bfno te importa que perezcamos?\u201d. Si somos sinceros, \u00a1ha habido momentos en que nos hemos sentido igual! Pero debemos recordar que, durante la tormenta m\u00e1s oscura, \u00a1Jes\u00fas es el Se\u00f1or de la tormenta! Mant\u00e9nganse firmes con \u00c9l, no con sus circunstancias. \u00c9l puede calmar la tormenta en sus vidas en este mismo instante. \u00a1Conf\u00eden en \u00c9l!<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">En el Antiguo Testamento, leemos sobre un momento en la vida de Eliseo en el que \u00e9l y su joven siervo fueron rodeados por fuerzas enemigas (2 Reyes 6:8-17). \u00a1Las probabilidades estaban completamente en su contra! Su situaci\u00f3n era desesperada, sin esperanza aparente. Pero Eliseo confi\u00f3 en el Se\u00f1or, teniendo plena fe en Aquel que estaba a su favor. \u201cSi Dios est\u00e1 con nosotros, \u00bfqui\u00e9n podr\u00e1 estar contra nosotros?\u201d (Romanos 8:31).<\/p><p><strong>Lo m\u00e1s destacado de hoy:<\/strong><br \/>\u00a1Que aprendamos a confiar en \u00c9l y a esperar en \u00c9l, incluso cuando parezca guardar
