Quisiera centrarme en la palabra \u00abinquietudes\u00bb. Es algo de lo que la mayor\u00eda de nosotros no queremos hablar. De hecho, solemos intentar ocultar nuestras inquietudes y fingir que no existen. Pero David le pide al Se\u00f1or que le revele sus inquietudes, que las conozca.<\/p><p>La palabra ansiedades es <em>sarappim<\/em> En hebreo, transmite la idea de pensamientos inquietantes, ansiosos o contradictorios. Las ansiedades nacen de preocupaciones que no se han encomendado al Se\u00f1or. Son preocupaciones que se han dejado crecer.<\/p><p>Seg\u00fan el diccionario, &quot;preocuparse&quot;, como verbo, significa &quot;ceder a la ansiedad o inquietud; permitir que la mente se centre en dificultades o problemas&quot;. Como sustantivo, es &quot;un estado de ansiedad e incertidumbre ante problemas reales o potenciales&quot;. La ansiedad es &quot;una sensaci\u00f3n de preocupaci\u00f3n, nerviosismo o inquietud, generalmente ante un evento inminente o algo con un resultado incierto&quot;.\u201c<\/p><p>La ansiedad puede derivar en miedo, que es una emoci\u00f3n desagradable causada por la creencia de que alguien o algo es peligroso, puede causar dolor o representa una amenaza. El miedo es una respuesta a un peligro o amenaza que puede o no materializarse. Incluso puede conducir al estado m\u00e1s grave de p\u00e1nico. El p\u00e1nico es una afecci\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda y severa en la que la persona se ve totalmente abrumada por el malestar f\u00edsico y mental.<\/p><p>David describe tal p\u00e1nico en el Salmo 55:4-5: \u201cSiento un profundo dolor en mi coraz\u00f3n, y el terror de la muerte me ha sobrevenido. El miedo y el temblor me han invadido, y el horror me ha abrumado\u201d.\u201d<\/p><p>Son temas de los que muchos no nos gusta hablar. Incluso pueden resultarnos dif\u00edciles de comprender. Pero la Palabra de Dios aborda estas cuestiones y nos ayuda a superarlas. Puede haber casos en los que alguien necesite buscar ayuda profesional de un consejero cristiano cualificado u otro profesional de confianza. Pero tambi\u00e9n debemos recordar que el Se\u00f1or Jesucristo declar\u00f3: \u201cLa paz os dejo, mi paz os doy; yo no os la doy como el mundo la da.
