Y nosotros tambi\u00e9n o\u00edmos esta voz que vino del cielo cuando est\u00e1bamos con \u00e9l en el monte santo.\u201d<br \/><strong>2 Pedro 1:17\u201318<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>Debemos retomar esta escena en la monta\u00f1a. Las Escrituras no especifican de qu\u00e9 monta\u00f1a se trataba. Algunos creen que era el monte Tabor, mientras que otros creen que era el monte Herm\u00f3n. Pedro la llam\u00f3 la monta\u00f1a santa por quienes estaban all\u00ed, lo que all\u00ed ocurri\u00f3 y el mensaje que recibieron.<\/p><p>Parece ser que los tres disc\u00edpulos se sintieron especialmente animados por lo que vieron aquel d\u00eda. La experiencia, al parecer, impact\u00f3 a cada uno de ellos de manera \u00fanica. Para Juan, fortaleci\u00f3 su amor por Cristo, como lo expresar\u00eda m\u00e1s tarde al escribir con frecuencia sobre el amor de Cristo. Para Santiago, le ayud\u00f3 a sobrellevar lo que le esperaba, convirti\u00e9ndose en el primero de los once disc\u00edpulos en dar su vida por la causa de Cristo (Hechos 12:1-2). Para Pedro, la visi\u00f3n de la gloria de Cristo en aquel monte santo lo impact\u00f3 tanto que, posteriormente, el Esp\u00edritu de Dios lo inspir\u00f3 a escribir dos ep\u00edstolas del Reino en las que habla de la gloria que contempl\u00f3.<\/p><p>El mensaje que nos da fuerza para perseverar se encuentra en la gloria de la Persona del Hijo. \u00a1Cristo basta para llenar el coraz\u00f3n y la mente! Un atisbo de su gloria, tal como se nos revela en la Palabra de Dios, puede fortalecer a los desanimados y motivarnos a seguir adelante en busca del testimonio de Cristo, sabiendo que la gloria del Se\u00f1or Jesucristo pronto se revelar\u00e1.<\/p><p>Pedro contin\u00faa record\u00e1ndonos: \u201cAs\u00ed que tenemos la palabra prof\u00e9tica confirmada, a la cual hac\u00e9is bien en prestar atenci\u00f3n como a una luz que resplandece en un lugar oscuro, hasta que amanezca el d\u00eda y la estrella de la ma\u00f1ana salga en vuestros corazones; sabiendo primero esto, que ninguna profec\u00eda de la Escritura es de interpretaci\u00f3n privada, porque la profec\u00eda nunca vino por voluntad humana, sino que los santos hombres de Dios hablaron siendo inspirados por el Esp\u00edritu Santo\u201d (2 Pedro 1:19-21).<\/p><p><strong>Lo m\u00e1s destacado de hoy:<\/strong><br \/>Cuanto m\u00e1s nos dediquemos al mensaje de Dios, que se encuentra en la Persona de su Hijo, m\u00e1s \u00c9l, como la Estrella de la Ma\u00f1ana, brillar\u00e1 en nuestros corazones. Pedro hall\u00f3 gran fortaleza y aliento en este mensaje, y cada uno de nosotros tambi\u00e9n puede
