Luego, nuestro Se\u00f1or llev\u00f3 a Pedro, Santiago y Juan a una monta\u00f1a alta, donde se transfigur\u00f3 delante de ellos. La palabra transfigurado es de donde proviene nuestra palabra <em>metamorfosis<\/em>, lo que significa cambiar hacia afuera desde adentro. En otras palabras, lo que est\u00e1 en el interior se hace evidente en el exterior.<\/p><p>Esto es precisamente lo que sucedi\u00f3 con la gloria del Se\u00f1or Jes\u00fas. A estos tres hombres se les concedi\u00f3 un atisbo de su gloria. En este pasaje, el Esp\u00edritu de Dios nos invita a reflexionar sobre cuatro aspectos de la gloria del Se\u00f1or.<\/p><p>Primero, vemos la gloria de su persona. En Lucas 9:28-29 leemos que, mientras oraba, \u201csu rostro se transform\u00f3, y su manto se volvi\u00f3 blanco y resplandeciente\u201d. En el Evangelio de Lucas, se le presenta como el hombre dependiente, el hombre que ora y el hombre obediente. Los sufrimientos de la tierra se remontan a la desobediencia del hombre y su independencia de Dios, pero la gloria venidera se centra en este hombre dependiente. Aqu\u00ed lo vemos como el hombre glorificado.<\/p><p>En el vers\u00edculo 3 leemos que Mois\u00e9s y El\u00edas aparecieron y conversaron con el Se\u00f1or. Mois\u00e9s nos recuerda la Ley, y El\u00edas representa a los Profetas. Juntos representan el Antiguo Testamento. Junto con los disc\u00edpulos, nos recuerdan que tanto el Antiguo como el Nuevo Testamento se centran en el Se\u00f1or Jes\u00fas. Todo encuentra su plenitud en \u00c9l. Lucas 9:30 nos dice de qu\u00e9 hablaban: \u201chablaban de su muerte, que iba a consumarse en Jerusal\u00e9n\u201d. Aqu\u00ed vemos la gloria de la Cruz, \u201clos sufrimientos de Cristo y las glorias que le seguir\u00edan\u201d (1 Pedro 1:11). Tambi\u00e9n vemos la gloria de su sumisi\u00f3n, que se manifestar\u00eda a\u00fan m\u00e1s plenamente en el Huerto de Getseman\u00ed.<\/p><p><strong>Lo m\u00e1s destacado de hoy:<\/strong><br \/>\u00a1La gloria de su Persona, la gloria de su Reino, la gloria de sus sufrimientos y la gloria de su sumisi\u00f3n: qu\u00e9 espect\u00e1culo para nosotros y qu\u00e9 mensaje para que atesoremos en nuestras almas!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Glory On The Mount \u201cWhile he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, \u2018This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
