\u201cDios, que en el pasado habl\u00f3 a nuestros antepasados por medio de los profetas en diversas ocasiones y de diversas maneras, en estos \u00faltimos d\u00edas nos ha hablado por medio de su Hijo, a quien constituy\u00f3 heredero de todas las cosas, y por medio de quien tambi\u00e9n cre\u00f3 el universo.\u201d
Hebreos 1:1\u20132<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Hebreos comienza con Dios hablando, y esencialmente termina con Dios hablando: \u201cMirad que no rechac\u00e9is al que habla. Porque si no escaparon los que rechazaron al que habl\u00f3 en la tierra, mucho menos escaparemos nosotros si nos apartamos del que habla desde el cielo, cuya voz entonces conmovi\u00f3 la tierra; pero ahora ha prometido, diciendo: \u2018Una vez m\u00e1s, no solo conmover\u00e9 la tierra, sino tambi\u00e9n el cielo\u2019\u201d (Hebreos 12:25-26).<\/p>

Hebreos es un libro que revela c\u00f3mo t\u00fa y yo podemos acercarnos a un Dios santo y justo en la adoraci\u00f3n. Lo que Lev\u00edtico es para el Antiguo Testamento, Hebreos lo es para el Nuevo. Lev\u00edticio<\/em> significa \u201c\u00c9l llam\u00f3\u201d, porque el Se\u00f1or llam\u00f3 a su pueblo a acercarse a \u00c9l en adoraci\u00f3n, pero siempre de acuerdo con el camino que \u00c9l hab\u00eda prescrito.<\/p>

Ni t\u00fa ni yo pudimos acercarnos a \u00c9l antes de que la obra de Cristo se consumara. Por eso Dios se acerc\u00f3 a nosotros en la persona de su Hijo. \u00c9l hab\u00eda hablado a la humanidad en diversas ocasiones y de diversas maneras a trav\u00e9s de los profetas. Pero como Dios santo y justo, que no puede contemplar el pecado, ten\u00eda un \u00faltimo mensaje para la humanidad, el cual comunic\u00f3 en y por medio de su Hijo.<\/p>

Aquel mismo \u201cque es el \u00fanico que posee inmortalidad, que habita en luz inaccesible, a quien nadie ha visto ni puede ver\u201d (1 Timoteo 6:16) se revel\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de su amado Hijo. Como no pod\u00edamos entrar a su encuentro, \u00a1\u00c9l sali\u00f3 a su encuentro! El Se\u00f1or Jesucristo, el amado Hijo de Dios, se hizo hombre \u2014Dios manifestado en carne (1 Timoteo 3:16)\u2014 para dar a conocer a Dios a la humanidad. \u00c9l es el Verbo Eterno (Juan 1:1) que se hizo carne y habit\u00f3 entre nosotros (Juan 1:14). \u201cNadie ha visto jam\u00e1s a Dios; el Hijo unig\u00e9nito, que est\u00e1 en el seno del Padre, \u00e9l lo ha dado a conocer\u201d (Juan 1:18).<\/p>

En el pasado, Dios utiliz\u00f3 muchos medios diferentes para revelarse, pero ahora lo ha canalizado todo a trav\u00e9s de su amado Hijo, la revelaci\u00f3n encarnada de Dios.<\/p>
